“Jersey Mike's -Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. We are super picky about where we get sub sandwiches. Jersey Mike's fits the bill every time. Oakbrook Terrace is our favorite location because of Alicia. The food and smiles she serves is top notch. I'll add some photos in the future but for now, trust me the sandwiches are filled beautifully. Alicia runs the show here from top to bottom. I can't say enough about her fantastic presence. People have unlimited places to purchase sandwiches --- it really helps bring in customers when they can expect to see a long time employee there with such great energy.. We love eating here and I highly recommend.“

“We recently had a few amazing experiences at Jimmy John's that deserves a 5 star review. We stopped in for a quick sandwich (late dinner) and we were pleasantly greeted by a friendly and welcoming employee named Mike. This location truly lives up to their branding message of serving sandwiches that are "freaky fast."Mike reflected a high level of hospitality and had positive attitude although it was 20 minutes to closing. This was not our first visit to Jimmy John's, and we can confidently say that JJ's employees at this location consistently deliver exceptional service. Thank you!!In addition to the excellent overall service, we also appreciated the cleanliness. “Giving this food service despite getting ungrateful and very rude customers is hard, so from the bottom of my heart, congratulations! I spent 25 mins inside just to eat a burrito (regular chipotle style, nothing cold and all good as usual) and I had to experience and hear a lot of demanding customers asking for three or four extras (for free of course) and being very rude to the staff. However, the staff was always calm and polite, so again, good job!!!“

“Gpay didn't work and I had no physical card. After trying the Gpay several times, I gave up. The manager asked for the drink I was drinking back, lol. I got in the car, saw my wallet in the seat and decided not to go back in. I drove out of my way to try this food, but this experience with being asked for the drink back was shocking. #theapartmentlady“
