“I wish I could give this place 10 stars across the board. It was possibly the best meal and service I have ever had. Our waitress Joy M was was incredibly nice and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the food and wines. My steak bites were each cooked a perfect medium rare (as ordered).
The wife and I's only regret is that it is unlikely we will be able to make it back as it is so far away from us.“

“Acres is one of our favorites! Coffees are great, pizza amazing, cheeseburgers are delicious and the fried buffalo chicken sandwich is the best! Last night was our first night dining in and the waiter was so sweet and attentive. We had margaritas and they were so delicious! Highly recommend!“

“This was our first time here and it was amazing. The atmosphere was beautiful. Our server name is April and she was very good at her job. I got the pancakes, hashbrowns, and jalapeño poppers and they were 10/10. My friend got a pork chop, baked potato, and the cornbread. She absolutely loved the cornbread, she said it was a large size. I highly recommend this place.“

“family ordered poor boy, Italian beef, chicken wrap, pork tenderloin, s.w.eggrolls f.f. potato salad fair prices for good portions. food was OK for eats for under 100 bucks. downers food was dry. soft raw tasting fries.“
“Can’t beat the fried walleye on Friday nights. Update: 5/10/2023 They just posted on Facebook they will be closing. No date listed.All you can eat $12.75 with two sides. Cold beer and friendly staff. If you’re driving down Route 47 take a trip into downtown Saunemin for lunch or dinner. A different lunch and dinner special daily. Update. Went back 9/23/22 still same great food. Price for Friday all you can eat Walleye has increased to $13.75. Still a great deal.“

“Passed on their list of fancy burgers and just had a plain old cheeseburger. Guess what? It was cooked perfectly. Cold beer and the smell of pizza (I am getting pizza next time I am here) makes this a definite stopping place instead of all those fast food joints directly off of the expressway. Will keep it at 4 stars until I try the pizza.“

“My wife and I stopped here 6/10/23 for dinner while we were traveling Rte.66. Totally loved the place. Great food and plenty of it. Our waitress Jackie was awesome and made us feel at home. If we get that way again we will be stopping.“

“I love taking my son here, he is 2 and just loves the endless crackers and cheese. The staff is always running so plenty of refills. The portions are great and the owner is always greeting with a smile.“
