“I have to share this review. I love chinese food but I'm partial to Egg Foo Young because of being born and raised in Chicago. I moved here about 3 years ago and have been trying to find a chinese food place that matches my tastes then I stumbled on Li. Their Chicken Egg Foo Young is AMAZING and they don't give me grief when I ask for no onions because they make me very sick. The food is always good and spot on and I cannot recommend them more!“

“My Husband and I not familiar with the area went......listen trust me go there! We kinda looked funny at the location but child was it worth it. Food so good we ordered more. Fresh seasoned correct food with polite service. We are definitely going again. We got the Egg fu Yong and crab lagoons. Sooooo going back!!! “Well personally picking up an order is great but door dashing sucks they automatically give you forks like you don't know how to use chopsticks everytime I door dash I ask the driver for chopsticks because it doesn't give me an option on door dash and we'll they always put forks in the bag but I want not only the good food but the good experience of using chopsticks I wish they would put chopsticks in the bags instead of forks cause everyone has forks at home but not everyone has chopsticks 😭😭😭😭😭😭 and the dasher or Uber eats don't listen when you ask them to ask for chopsticks I love using chopsticks to eat my food and no matter how many Times I ask the delivery person never gets them please start putting atleast one set of chopsticks in the delivery orders its not the same using a fork it ruins the whole mood of eating the food like the food is still good but not having chopsticks ruins the whole experience“

“Tonite I ordered 2 meals for delivery. The guy who took the order was in a hurry in taking the order & didn’t know the menu very well. I ordered a chicken in Chinese vegetables, combo platter, and a Mei Fun House Special. He questioned what the house special was. I already knew this wasn’t going to go well. He didn’t speak clear English to take orders. My order comes & as I sit down to eat my order of the Mei fun wasn’t that at all. It was in a small carton, Lo Mein noodles in a gravy for $10. I called to complain & he told me I could return it. I am a handicapped individual, that is why I called for delivery. They need to train this individual how to take orders & better handle customer service. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card, very disappointed. Some advice, they have an American guy doing deliveries,,maybe they should consider having him taking orders & the guy currently taking calls to the deliveries.“

“I’ve been coming here for a few years now, at the recommendation of a co-worker, and I’ve never, NEVER, had a disappointing meal. Not one. I drive almost an hour’s distance for this meal because nothing in my area comes close to tasting this good.

Service has always been expedient and polite, I don’t know names but by this point I should make an effort to: the male is charismatic and polite, helps with building trust as a returning customer to associate his charm to the brand. The female, while more business oriented, is professional and reminds me of doing business in a Chicago bodega: personable. There’s a simple charm to the place, it’s not fine dining but that’s not what the place is about.

Atmosphere reminds me of my childhood, the best food comes from homey places. I’m use to eating tacos from little mom and pop shops with old paint and open grills, and it’s ALWAYS been the best food from such places because that’s where you get the soul. Not fake decor on the walls or fancy dinner plates, but actual rooms that show their history.

I cannot recommend this place enough, any time food is brought up I mention this place. Friends, family, my customers at my job… doesn’t matter, I make a point to recommend this spot.“

“Ordered at their website online. Got an eggdrop soup, a wonton soup, two orders of steamed dumplings, mushu pork, and all meats egg fu young. All were very good! Fresh, hot, made to order, and very very flavorful. The workers are very nice and the restaurant is clean and pleasant inside. Will eat there in future, but the ease and wonderful food that you can get take away is definitely worth the visit!!!

“My favorite Chinese takeout in the area. Had not been there in a while, so I had to go with my tried and true shrimp fried rice. Tasted even better than I remember! Portion very solid for a pint size as well. Inside was a bit more run down/unorganized, but nothing too surprising to be honest. Just got takeout anyway so didn't mind this time around.“
