“Our server was Mandie and she is awesome. Mandie took great care of us and was very attentive during our visit. We visit Wasabi about once a week and always look forward to coming back. The sushi and maki are great and we really enjoy all the food on the menu. My favorite is the Caterpillar Roll with smoked eel and smoked salmon. They really go together perfectly.“

“Over the years, Bella Milano has been a favorite restaurant for me and my wife. We love the food, service and atmosphere. I have also done dozens of business seminars there and utilized their catering. My wife recently celebrated her birthday, and she was craving Bella Milano's Lasagna. Our visit started well as our reservation was on time and we were waited on by a friendly waitress in a timely manner. Our appetizers came out quickly also. However, there was a much longer than normal delay in our entrees coming out. The waitress did stop by to apologize for our wait twice which we appreciated, but the wait was becoming an issue. A gentleman whom we later found out was Tom the owner, stopped by to apologize and then gave us free appetizer cards, comped a portion of our bill and even included desserts. He was very friendly, but more importantly, very sincere in wanting us to leave happy. He let us know that our food would be out in a minute. We were really impressed and it felt great to be appreciated by the owner and his commitment to giving us a great dining experience. Well, Tom came back a minute later and told us "You can't make this up, but when they were taking your lasagna out of the oven it fell on the floor". I can only imagine what was going through his mind as he came back to tell us this news! He said it would take 20+ minutes for another, which really didn't sit well with us at this point. The worst part was that was what my wife really wanted for her birthday dinner. Tom immediately asked my wife if there was anything else he could make for her quickly and at no cost to us, but that he would make a new lasagna for her to take home as well. I simply can't say how impressed we were with Tom's dedication and sincerity to turn a potentially very negative experience into a positive one. There are a lot of restaurants we can go to, and thanks to Tom's efforts, Bella Milano will remain one of our favorites! If you want to go to a restaurant where you know your business is actually appreciated, think Bella Milano's!“

“Amazing service!!! We were missing items from our order and one of our kids never got their meal. Our server had an emergency and never showed back up. However another waiter stepped in and corrected everything right away. The owner came out and shook our hands and completely covered our bill. Jose is the best waiter they have!! Amazing!!“

“I went to Red Robin last night and I was not impressed. It's usually rather expensive but at least the food is good. I waited a while and my burger was room temperature. I got the last of the bag fries. Just little pieces of crunchy nothings. Which I would have just eaten anyway. But the big problem was everything was salty. My burger and my fries. Salty to the point that I couldn't eat it. I just bagged it up and took it home for the dog. I didn't season it at all. I'm not sure why they would be putting so much seasoning on their food. especially salt. it's rather annoying when you're paying almost $20 for a burger and you can't eat it. I didn't complain nor ask for my money back but now I wish I would have. I usually don't have a problem with them. Today was a really bad day though.“

“Atmosphere is great with good music. Staff is friendly but the food/drinks are overrated. We went for “flights and bites” and tried both the apple and slider trays. We were given 6 apple slices total, half a cup of caramel and TONS of toppings…not at all like was pictured quantity wise. Sliders were very bland, no jalapeño’s on top as pictured, and our cider was not very cold. I would recommend eating elsewhere for the cost.“

“I’d like to thank Noodles and Company for remaking my food when Doordash failed to deliver it to me! Also the manager was so nice and the food was so delicious when I came to pick it up myself! They made everything just right and I could taste EVERYTHING!!!“
