“I go to the Shack at least once a month. I was there recently and received excellent food and service. Jennifer was great server, nothing was too much trouble. She helped move all of our coats and bags in order to change our seats. She was cheerful and helpful. I bring my out-of-town guests here often. The menu includes healthy,creative, delicious entrees, and as well as gluten free options.“

“It was a truly spectacular experience from start to finish. While the ambiance is beautiful and the food consistently outstanding, what truly made our evening was our server, Simona. Simona was the definition of professionalism and personalized care. She greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire menu and the excellent wine list. Her recommendations were spot-on! What impressed us most was Simona's attention to detail. Our water glasses were always full, courses were timed perfectly. They were having a bit of a mid afternoon rush and she was acting as the cashier, server, bus person and just about everything else associated with front of house in a restaurant. “As someone with food allergies (soy, nut, and seed), I REALLY appreciate that fit-flavors has an in-store menu showing which current menu options fit my dietary needs! They probably have it online too, and I just haven't needed to find it. Their menu options are ALL low in sodium because - let's be honest - there is too much of it in everything "prepared"! That isn't a concern with fit-flavors. I can salt everything to my own (and my family's when we buy in bulk!) tastes and know that I'm getting the same quality food that I would make at home myself. Fresh produce and high-quality meats; straight up delicious meals. Quote me on that.“

“We had a party of 6 on Saturday night. Great service. Outstanding food had by everyone. A few in the party ordered the Lasagna after they were out of Ossobuco. They loved the Lasagna, the Chicken Risotto was one of the best I ever had, although I modified it by adding mushrooms. We did start out with appetizers and the Roasted Wild Mushroom app and Toasted Ravoli were incredible. Highly recommend this place.“

“I've been looking for a week night meal planning solution for a while. After doing some research on local options, I decided to give Fit Flavors a shot. They offer delivery, but also have several brick and mortar locations with great selection - that flexibility was really appealing.

I went to the Brentwood location on Sunday, to check it out. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Diamond. I warned her in advance that I had tons of questions. She smiled and answered all of them in turn, answering questions about the delivery model, shelf life of meals, whether they freeze well (they do apparently, though I haven't tried this myself yet), and walking me through how the store was set up. She was absolutely great!

I selected 6 meals to get me through the work week dinner plan, with a bonus meal for lunch on a random day. All of the meals were labeled very well, with macros clearly displayed - great for those looking to hit specific macro targets. I also picked up some Bulk Grilled Chicken (4 chicken breasts cooked in herbs and olive oil) for good measure.

Two meals and two chicken breasts in, and I am very impressed. The quality is top notch and the meals are delicious. I think I've found my weeknight dinner meal plan solution.“

“I am pleased with my experience at Wasabi. Jae was my server, she was on it. It was Wednesday night, she was by herself but she was perfect. Seriously. My only comment is that the miso tasted weird? They had mushrooms in it which I usually like, so not quite sure what it was. It tasted like it was made with heavy mineral water. Everything else was phenomenal. The edamame was perfectly cooked. The poke bowl portion was great, each ingredient well balanced. The crazy roll was refreshing and very well done. All of the fish was very fresh. Parking is okay, there's a parking garage near by.“

“We love Sugar & Slice! We have used them for birthday cakes in the past and we knew they would be best for our wedding cake. We just got married this past weekend in May and they did a fantastic job using our reference to build our cake. The cake was beautiful and tasted amazing. The texture was still soft and full of flavor. We can't recommend them enough. They also did an amazing spread of cookies and cinnamon rolls. We provided to go bags for our guests and we had none left to take home, they were so popular. You will not be disappointed with whatever items you decide to buy from Sugar & Slice.“

The kids devoured a cheese pizza and my husband and I ordered a half Dr. Dre and half Tito Santana (seasonal). Both were amazing! “We visited the Art Museum last week and then had lunch at The Panorama resturant at the suggestion of a friendly person we met earlier at the Half and Half in Clayton. This person told us about how great the brussel sprouts were at the Panorama and so we had to try them and they were fabulous. All of us, including my mother, who is 88 years young, thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We set next to the large wall of windows and the sun shone perfectly, lighting the room with a beautiful warmth. The server was excellent and the menu becons our return.“
