“As someone with food allergies (soy, nut, and seed), I REALLY appreciate that fit-flavors has an in-store menu showing which current menu options fit my dietary needs! They probably have it online too, and I just haven't needed to find it. Their menu options are ALL low in sodium because - let's be honest - there is too much of it in everything "prepared"! That isn't a concern with fit-flavors. I can salt everything to my own (and my family's when we buy in bulk!) tastes and know that I'm getting the same quality food that I would make at home myself. Fresh produce and high-quality meats; straight up delicious meals. Quote me on that.“

“I go to the Shack at least once a month. I was there recently and received excellent food and service. Jennifer was great server, nothing was too much trouble. She helped move all of our coats and bags in order to change our seats. She was cheerful and helpful. I bring my out-of-town guests here often. The menu includes healthy,creative, delicious entrees, and as well as gluten free options.“

“Kathleen is customer service. She is all you need. She was there to great me immediately when I came in. Showed me all the meals to choose from and gave me a full rundown of everything. They have an amazing smoothie bar. Kim made me a delicious healthy smoothie making me realize I should be coming here for my smoothie craves instead of smoothie king. I left with lunch for 4 days and a smoothie. I loved the living/kitchen room vibe in the front of the store with microwave as well as the self checkout. I watched a guy run in a grab a meal, did self checkout and was out the door in no time.

Now this is the most important thing!!! My meal was soooo good!!! Wow. The turkey meatballs were so flavorful and moist. Today's lunch is mushroom chicken risotto. Having the nutritional facts on the wrapping makes everything so easy when counting cals.“

“My husband and I stopped in Saturday night. We are new to the area and someone referred us to check it out. We sat at the bar and the bartender's name was Ashley! She was so nice, gave us her favorites and recommendations. I tried the Elderberry Martini which was delish! My husband had the smoked Old Fashion. I love the great variety of the menu. And they offer a Gluten free menu. I wanted to try everything. We landed on the firecracker cauliflower appetizer which was amazing. For dinner we had the Cajun pasta and the Fish and chips. We will definitely be back for the great Happy Hour they offer during the week that Ashley went over with us too.“

SO happy we did, we never heard of Mellow Mushroom but it quickly became one of my new favorite Pizza places. Such a cool ambiance! The food was absolutely delicious everything came out fresh, flavorful, and exceeded our expectations. “I had three different non-alcoholic fruit beverages Blackberry, Lychee and passionfruit. Each of them was unique and delectable. Our server Byron was attentive, caring, and informative. The only downside in my opinion was each of the dishes that we got was a little too heavy on the sweet side. When ordering garlic noodles you expect to get garlic and noodles what the predominant flavor being garlic. I look forward to coming back here in the future! It was one of the more pleasant dining experiences I have had in the greater St Louis area in a while for a national chain restaurant.“

“I frequently dine out at places like Pei Wei but Pei Wei has become my new favorite. That is due in no small part to Jacinta, one of the employees. They were having a bit of a mid afternoon rush and she was acting as the cashier, server, bus person and just about everything else associated with front of house in a restaurant. She really hustled and took care of everyone efficiently and with a smile. Honestly if I wasn’t retired and was still in business I would try to steal her away. I’ve eaten at Pei Wei for lunch the last three days and I don’t see that trend stopping anytime soon.“
