“We’ve visited the Belvidere IL location for both dine in and take out since it opened. We have yet to be disappointed except when the delivery person (me) accidentally tipped a VERY hot pizza to one side, moving the toppings askew! 😂 Great service and they always offer our “usual” and/or specials!“

“We've been many times and always have a positive experience. The space is simply amazing and I've always thought a restaurant of some kind should go here and they definitely did the space justice.
Food has always been great, the pimento cheese is delicious, and the beer is equally good, they make a great Marzen - one of my favorites anywhere. Highly recommend!“

“We ❤️ Thornton Distilling!! We come here regularly and I just realized I've never left a review encouraging others to check it out. The food and drinks are great (obsessed with the lavender lemonade they make in the summer), the bar itself is very cool and historic and their outdoor patio is dog friendly. My husband has done the distillery tour for his bachelor party and thought it was really fun. Highly recommend!“

“First time Golden Bear in Lansing. The food and service was great. However, when I checked my bank account I was charged $9.98 more then the amount on the receipt I received from the register. When I went back the manager was very nice & helpful. She refunded the $. The restaurant receipt had the same amount. I pulled up my bank account & showed her the amount from my bank. We both thought it was so strange! Maybe the register malfunctioned? Again the manager was awesome!“

“My review is based solely off of their chicken!!!!!!! They have some really good,well seasoned chicken! Their fries are really good too! I order the wings (also 1/4 white) with and without sauce,but when I do get sauce it’s definitely their mild because it’s very tasty! Their food is cooked to order and it’s always fresh! Depending on when you go the line (drive thru) can be very long!! Always worth the wait for me,but some people will stay in their cars on the main street (Sibley) waiting for a spot in the parking lot. It’s a pretty small space on the inside. Their flavored iced type drinks are good too. They accept cash,debit/cc/AP! The staff I’ve dealt with over the years have always been friendly! I’ve had other meals overtime too,but I really enjoy the chicken the most. Almost forgot,burritos are good too!! They also follow instruction regarding how you want your food prepared. Always a win for me! Last but not least,I now travel about 25 minutes to get there because I don’t live as close as I initially did years ago!“

“It's a take out place. (Not dine in). I ordered curry goat with cabbage and yams and was very pleased with my meal.
The goat was tender and not overcooked (which happens alot when ordering goat). The flavor was excellent!
The cabbage was very good and the yam was just ok. (Gave me one large yam piece)
It included the rice &beans which were very good and well seasoned.
It was also a Great portion size for the price. I recommend and will visit again.“

Everything was hot and fresh! Fries were still crispy with the sauce on them! Turkey was melt in ur mouth delicious 😋. No leftovers, we ate it all in one sitting. Woo woods is our new bbq joint! “A very well run operation. Ordered pizza for pick up on New Year's Eve & when I arrived, this place was jumping!! Paid for my order and cashier told me it would be out of the oven in 5 minutes. Lots was happening so, 20 minutes later guy with an apron calls my name and I step up to the counter. 'We didn't make your pizza right, gotta redo it'. He apologized sincerely & offered to have it delivered so I didn't have to hang around. I accepted (no big deal, it's pizza, stuff happens, grace, all the good stuff!) He's then waived the purchase price for the pizza! I've seen this in situations where the customer was ranting or creating a scene etc but, rarely because it shows appreciation for the patron. I am a 'brand loyal' person. If they treat me right, we good! I will continue to support Beggars Pizza because they treated me as a valued customer. Great job“

“Tacos are a bit pricey but they are totally worth it ! Juicy meat great flavor strongly recommend the carnitas, alpastor and asada! Also i tried the asada chimichanga for the first time ever it was really good and we had a order of the red chilaquiles and they were ok sauce needed salt and a bit more spice.“
