“Update.... was able to speak to a manger & they mad3 it more than right, I will still check my order, but I have no issues reccomending this place. It is convenient for pts, family & staff alike! I have ordered several times from the main Panara and on a few occasions they have left ingredients out. Just double check your order & make sure it's right.

“This location is very clean I been getting my coffee every day from there but today the manager she was very rude and none professional (Archean) ones you learn how to respect people and treat them with kindness than you can have a manager position.“

“I don’t eat at Potbelly very often, but since it was nearby and I was in Park Ridge for work, I decided to stop in. Susan greeted me warmly and took my order with care. I appreciated her suggestion to remove the mushrooms from my Pizza Melt, and the Churro Shake was absolutely delicious. Overall, I was grateful for such a pleasant experience at a place I don’t visit too often. Thanks again to her and her team!“

“This is a good Panera, the place and the restrooms are always clean. The iced coffee here is better than most Panera's, they keep the coffee fresh and the ice machine full.

“Tasty food! Fried calamari was just perfect! & Shrimp tacos were very authentic! Our waitress Ana was so friendly and welcoming . My family and I will be back!“

“The concept for the menu is a unique trip along the Pan-American highway with stops at various Latin countries. Each dish and drink is thoughtful in its ingredients and presentation. The jicama salad was refreshing, but not at all plain. The pastel de choclo was a wonderful surprise of a warm dish. The frozen el arenal was seriously dangerous in how delicious it was, I can’t recommend it enough. The atmosphere was beautiful and the music was perfect. We are so thrilled to have this gem in the neighborhood and can’t wait to see what they do in the future!“
