Food, cocktails, wine all excellent. Yes, it's pricey. But I really think it delivered on the total experience as a special night out. “I don’t even know where to start! We were planning an early surprise party for my Mothers 80th birthday! It was just going to be small with my sibling and our families! We asked about being able to decorate a little and to our surprise, the Lariat set us up in the small meeting room up front! This allowed us to decorate a little more! Since this was a surprise, we asked the people at the hostess station to help us out! They were all in! When my mother arrived, early and suspicious, the host sprung into action and guided her into the private room where we all were waiting for the surprise! They went above and beyond all expectations! Because of The Lariat Team, this was a dream surprise celebration! Our server Sam was just amazing as well!!! Thank You to the Lariat Team! Forever grateful!“

“Was recently at the Oyster Bar to celebrate my moving OUT of Illinois to the gulf coast of Mississippi. Service was great. Food was great. It was rather warm inside the bar. We were fanning ourselves and it wasn’t hot that day. Temp was only 84 outside. Oysters and drinks were fantastic. Felt the ceviche could have used a little less jalapeño peppers. They overpowered the other ingredients and that was all we tasted. Still had a great time!! My bill was money well spent!!“

“I was very impressed!!! I really enjoyed the privacy curtains. The food was very good cooked perfectly! the service was perfect as well very polite and checked in frequently to be sure everything was good and we had everything we needed. I will be back and recommend to all my friends! If I had 1 complaint I guess I'd say the prices but in reality you get what you pay for all around here. It's worth it to me! “Peoria Illinois. We arrived 5 minutes before closing. They had to special make my shrimp. I felt bad that they had to do that, but they were apologizing that I had to wait! We told them we had traveled 10 hours and they went out of their way to make sure our order was exactly what we wanted. They were working over to make our meal! The waitress was very friendly and helpful navigating their menu. YBG offers a wide variety of flavors, apps, entrees, and beverages. I ordered The Club with a side of fries. I had to stop myself from eating it all in one sitting because it was THAT DELICIOUS! I also purchased a Strawberry Salad to go. The salad looks amazing! I know it’s going to taste even better.
