“Been going there for years. Good food. Good beer. However, was told no dogs allowed and had to bring mine home even though I see them all the time up there in the summer (outside) and there are 4 dogs outside now. I can see not allowing them in the wooden patio but on the grass? Then to pick and choose who can or can’t? Despite this, I would recommend and have.“

“We went to Woodfire for my birthday. The food and service is excellent. Vicki was our server and she was very friendly and attentive. The food is so fresh and homemade. The pizza crust is crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. There is an assortment of types of pizza, but the cheese pizza is the best I’ve ever had. The pasta is rich and delicious. It’s cooked perfectly and the vodka sauce is amazing. The appetizers, home brewed beer, and desserts are phenomenal too. Step aside Coopers Hawk, I have a new favorite restaurant!“

“We tried Banushi’s today and really liked it. Grew up on Chicago pizza and this is Chicago in Algonquin. Crispy crust, good sauce. My husband likes lots of cheese, I prefer light cheese - this was the perfect compromise. Pickles appetizer and chicken soup were also good. Can’t wait to try the Chicken Parm. “This is our go-to place for gluten-free pizza. As opposed to another popular nearby pizza place, the crust is actually fully baked. The GF crust is decent. Not as good as real crust, but better than others in the area. As with any GF pizza, I’d recommend eating it all the first night, as it’s never as good reheated.“

“This is my third visit to Aliano’s.

Me and my six besties from childhood dined at Aliano’s this past Thursday evening. We were seated in the enclosed outside area, which was perfect for our group.

Our server was fun and very attentive, but not pushy. We were also assisted by another server throughout our evening and she was wonderful, as well.

Our food was very delicious, hot, well prepared and the specials were not the typical Italian fare found at other restaurants.

I had the lamb chops. These were not the baby lamb chops often found elsewhere. These were very nice sized chops and were absolutely delicious. I didn’t eat all of my meal and reheated the leftovers for dinner the next evening. They were even better!!!!

The only thing I would improve on is the sharpness of the steak knives. They are definitely dull, at least the one I had, and could use a sharpening.

“Anyone who says this place isn't good has no taste or hasn't found what they like. Listen, the pasta is not your go to. This is a Pizza spot. The pizza, especially the thin crust is absolutely delicious. One of the only local pizza spots left in town and it's worth the price.“

I attached what zeppole look from the other locations, they don’t even have the appetizer version with the marinara. Crazy because they’re big sellers at other locations and they run out.“

“I've ordered here a few times in the past but never had to order for a party. So yesterday I ordered pizza from these guys I was a bit impatient at the time. I was trying to find out what kind of special they had and it was hard to understand because they were talking so fast I unfortunately snapped a little bit as I asked him to slow down so I can understand what kind of specials they had he did it without any complaints and I ordered a few pizzas. When I showed up to pick up my pizza they were super busy. Our pizzas were made perfectly for what I asked for. I like ours a little crispier than most but not burnt. I got to give it to those guys they handled it very well specially when I was a little Snappy on the phone and now I understand why they were talking so fast because they were crazy busy when showed up. Even though they were that busy my pizza still came out great and cooked to the way I liked. So I felt like I needed to write a post about how good these guys were and thank them for their great pizza and patience.“

“Disappointing. Have given this place a few tries, but last night was the last. Ordered a sausage pizza and there literally was 1 piece of sausage per slice on majority of the slices of pizza. Some slices actually had no sausage. Plus it was dry. Lifted up the cheese and there was barely any sauce. And, end pieces had no cheese. Took a pick when it was mostly gone....we were hungry so ate in anyways. We were very disappointed. A bad night maybe ? They weren't busy at all, no one inside.
