“Disappointing. Have given this place a few tries, but last night was the last. Ordered a sausage pizza and there literally was 1 piece of sausage per slice on majority of the slices of pizza. Some slices actually had no sausage. Plus it was dry. Lifted up the cheese and there was barely any sauce. And, end pieces had no cheese. Took a pick when it was mostly gone....we were hungry so ate in anyways. We were very disappointed. A bad night maybe ? They weren't busy at all, no one inside. “We celebrated my mom’s 70th birthday here last night. From the phone call to make the reservation to the service- this dining experience was like no other. I told the manager when we arrived that my mom had back surgery recently- I was only telling him in conversation about how we’re getting her out of the house and celebrating her big. He immediately asked if I wanted cushions for her seat❤️ Now on to Kiley- our waitress. She was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and personable to our family, and made our experience at Aliano’s for my mom’s birthday perfect. I did tell her this and the manager but would love for the owner to see this and commend Kiley for her amazing work. “We had rented the back room to films few scenes for our film and also had pizza for the cast and crew. Tanya who was our waitress and coordinator for the setup in the back room was absolutely amazing. She was super friendly and helpful with everything. You can tell she loves her job since she was always smiling. You have a great worker with Tanya. Also, the cast and crew loved the pizza and salads.“

“First time here and Cameron was bartending! I came in and ordered a drink that isn’t the normal for most bartenders, wine spritzer! Cameron was super patient and let me talk to him about how to make it and the second round he was like “let me do this to see if it tastes better, and it sure did! “I want to commend the closing staff. We went here after my kiddos rehearsal at blizzard theater it was around 9:35. She really was hungry after a long day and tough rehearsal. Sadly door was locked. And ovens were being shit down. Cue disappointment from my kiddo when I got into car. A man came out just as I was pulling out and offered to make us the pizza we only wanted a cheese and a medium so it was all good
They were out by 10 closing time and we had deicious pizza that made a little blister in the roof of our mouth because well you know hot cheese! ? and bonded over listening to Chappell Roan while we waited. And he even brought it to the car even though I was waiting to the moment, I saw the box so I didn’t have to inconvenience them anymore so nice and . Over all precious moment and hot cheezy ? much gratitude for this.“

They worked with me to order the right amount of food since it was a smaller group than a typical catering package. They also kindly delivered slightly outside their delivery area since their closer location is closed during lunch. “The food is great. The service is not.

The old lady here is rude. I made an order for a curbside pick up. The instructions say that once you’re in front of the restaurant, call them and they will bring out your order so I did just that. I called and said I am outside for a curbside pick up. The lady goes “curbside pickup?” as if those were foreign words. Then she tells me she doesn’t see anything for a curbside pick up. I told her I could give her my name which I did. Then she mumbled something and said she will have it right out.

When she came out and gave me my order, she goes, “just so you know we’re not doing curbside pick up anymore”. So why is that an option on the website? Doesn’t make sense. Seems like something this location could choose to opt out of if they so chose. So it seems to me that she just didn’t wanna do her job.

But again, the food is great which is why I give it four stars.“

“Love Lou's. Ordered the pizzas, and went to pick them up. One took a little longer, and the employee gave us a 4 pack of cookies, for having to wait. Pizza was AWESOME! Love The Lou, deep dish with sausage. They also have a gluten free for those needing it!“

“Lou Malnati's is one of my favorite places to get good Chicago deep dish pizza. I have it rather often and every time the pizza comes out great! I have not tried out their thin crust pizza or any other dish that they have, but I am sure it is good as well.“
