“8-26-24 returning home from shoulder surgery at 5:30 pm, I had been jones-ing for some crispy chicken. My son picked up the 8 piece bucket meal and it was all delicious. We’ve had some not great visits here in the past but this meal was really very good. The biscuits were a little hard but nothing the extra gravy couldn’t fix. Between the 3 of us, the chicken is sorry he crossed the road.“

“My experience with dave’s hot chicken has been amazing so far (takeouts only). I got someone else’s order one time so definitely check before leaving the parking lot/drive thru! Other than that, flavor is on point and their pickles are so good. I’d pick this over Cane’s. Mozzarella sticks are unfortunately a miss.. Chili’s might be better.“

“Talk about fresh! Had the Nasheville chicken sandwhich (Hot) and it was the best chicken sandwhich I've ever had! Awesome touch with coleslaw that comes on it. Fries were great as well. It's a little steep for my liking ($18.50) for a chicken sandwhich combo, but it did come with a lot of fries and a drink as well. To their defense, I don't eat out a lot and it seems like most places are around $15-20 per meal now. Overall, it's good value for the amount of food and quality. Will definitely be recommending!“

“Pretty good for fast food and I prefer their breakfast over their lunch and dinner. I always get the 4 count Chick-n-Minis meal and order an extra 4 count. It’s expensive for a fast food breakfast. Wish they had an option for 4 or 8 count, it would probably make it a little more affordable. I would stop here for breakfast more often but $15.55 is expensive, considering it’s only fast food.

I could get a lot more food for the same price at a sit down breakfast restaurant but I guess that’s what you pay for convenience. I just need to give myself more time and not pay extra for fast and convenient.“

“Im here having lunch. This is my second visit to this location. I am so happy this location is here its near my favorite stores. Staff is always friendly. And the food is hot and fresh. I had the number 1 it was so good. I really think they outdid themselves. Thank you“

“Absolutely love this place!! So happy that we have one now in Illinois!!! I had the Dixie Chick chicken salad on a croissant melt with the famous grape salad and the broccoli salad. It didn't disappoint at all. Loved It!!! Nice and refreshing place to eat for the summer time for sure!“

“Haven't had browns in ages. My husband and I decided to stop in. The lady was super helpful, and very friendly. Husband had the 3 piece w a few sides. I did the fried mushrooms and their nostalgic coleslaw w a thigh. The food was all very fresh. The breading was much lighter in color and flavor than I remember, but was still good. The fried mushrooms were hot and decent sized. The dining room was a blast from that past and it was nice to have a stroll down memory lane . Will definitely consider their catering for the future. I do not care for kfc.“

“I ordered the lunch special and beef patties. The jerk chicken was delicious and the jerk sauce had a spicy tropical flavor. I also liked the rice and red beans. The beef patty was also seasoned, flaky and delicious.
The portion was large. I have leftovers for tomorrow.
The atmosphere is clean and the guy at the register was friendly. Will try more items on the menu, soon.“

“Walked in 3-combo meal (ate some before pic) Shrimp was the best. Everything cooked fresh. Crispy and piping hot. Not cold or crunchy fish nuggets.

Spent $19 for it between me and my gf.

My only improvement would be the sauces. The packets are lacking in flavor and liquid tartar sauce, but overall great.“

“Tried wick’s chicken for first time today. The chicken is fried to perfection with a light breading that stayed crispy even with the commute back to work. The wick’s ghost sauce has a good heat and flavor. Will be back.“

“The food is better than the Larkin Cresthill Joliet store. Romeoville is not to good on taste service times are horrible. This store my chicken sandwich was old. I was warned to ask for "fresh". I figured it the sandwich would be OK. But it wasn't for almost $6. Her pieces we "fresh".“

“I like crispy crust on my chicken and the chicken here is very crisp and golden brown ...the breast and thighs are bigger than you get at other chicken places too. They are somewhat more expensive but if you buy the daily deal it is great. Mushrooms are the best around.“

“The food itself is certainly better than the location in Bolingbrook but as with any Popeyes locations that I’ve been to you are better to place an online order way ahead of time if you want to walk in and have your food ready for you if you walk in and order, it’s gonna take you quite a while to get your order because everything seems to be made to order. It doesn’t seem like they have a lot of chicken ready available unless it’s like chicken sandwiches or things that nature but certainly chicken pieces definitely order hand.“
