Starbucks in Plainfield

“The first time I visited this store was on Christmas Day in 2017. The atmosphere there was so good that I still remember it now. Seven years later, my family and I moved to Illinois. When I passed by here again, my memory suddenly woke up. This store was the Starbucks I visited seven years ago. I know that the partners here must have come and gone but what remains unchanged is that seven years later, I still feel your enthusiasm and happiness here. (I have to say that I have very bad experiences in other stores). Thank you lovely friends!“

“WOW, SUCH AN AWESOME LOCATION OF STARBUCKS!! IT WAS PROBABLY MY FIRST TIME EVER TRYING STARBUCKS IN USA. WE LIVE IN CANADA, AND WE DON'T GO TO STARBUCKS. RATHER, WE ALWAYS GO TO TIM HORTONS. SO, WHEN I WAS IN USA FOR ABOUT 12 DAYS, WE DECIDED TO GO TO STARBUCKS AFTER WE HAD DONE OUR SHOPPING IN FIVE BELOW, WHICH WAS IN THE SAME MALL. I HAD A CARAMEL ICED FRAPPUCCINO, AND IT WAS VERY TASTY!! I LOVED IT, EVEN THOUGH I KINDA PREFER THE TIM HORTONS CARAMEL ICED CAPP OVER THIS CARAMEL ICED FRAPPUCCINO WHICH I HAD IN STARBUCKS!! OVERALL, I WOULD RATE THIS STARBUCKS 5 STARS, AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ALL“

“Customer service was great! I went into the store and placed a mobile order at a different location and they made the coffee for me to replace the coffee so I didn’t have to drive to the other location. Made my day and it was greatly appreciated! Will return to this location.“

“Great experience at this location. Order was perfect, like that there are no seats, just get your order and go. Like the status board, you know they received your order and can see if it’s in progress or completed.
