“From the moment we made the reservation, the staff at Flame Bar & Grill provided excellent service! Everyone was so welcoming and attentive throughout the evening. The food and cocktails were amazing, and Katie went above and beyond to make our birthday celebration extra special. We brought our own cake and forgot candles, but she not only found us a candle, she also surprised us with a fancy Happy Birthday sign for the cake. Truly wonderful service from the entire staff. We highly recommend for a great night out!“

“My husband and I have been coming here for a few years, almost weekly. I have to say the margarita is the best around. We have always been pleased with the food. We came tonight and I must say the crab legs were fantastic. I have been to many AYCE places and the quality is sub par compared to the ones at Midland. They have a fantastic flavor and crack easily. The service has always been excellent. We feel at home here and it is well worth our 50 minute drive to get here.“
