Placed an order through the app to be picked up at noon because I have a limited lunch hour. Went to the store a little before noon and the order was not ready and by 1215 the order was finally completed. All this happened while other people who just walked in the restaurant we’re getting their orders placed. I was simply told that my order just wasn’t ready while they continued to wait on people who just walked in the door. That’s not the purpose of ordering ahead of time....read full review
Horrible! Kid behind the counter put gloves on, grabbed a pen and wrote down my order. Went to grab the bread. I asked him to put on clean gloves. He said they are clean, I said no you used a pen with those gloves. He got attitude made some comment. I told them to forget it and walked out. A few behind the counter laughed thought it was funny. Standard public health practice isn’t difficult, but I guess it is for this location.
