“It's been years since we've eaten at Benedetti's, knowing it was under new ownership we wanted to give it a another try. We had some cocktails at the bar before dinner, they were delish! After having good conversation with the bartender, we decided to eat at the bar vs. going to a table. We are always looking for a good fish fry and decided on it as our entrees since Wednesdays they have fish fry. The calamari appetizer, was really good as were the entrees! Nice size portions too. We finished it off with brandy alexander to go. If it's been a while since you've dined here, I strongly suggest you give it another go! We'll be back and with our friends :)“

“The food is phenomenal, and they have great cocktails and martinis too. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. It’s our favorite spot in the Rockford region for Italian food.“

“While I definitely enjoy Zen and think they are quite delicious, typically very timely. Today in a snow storm, my pick up order was 40 minutes delayed and the delay was at no point communicated to me. There was no place to wait and so after about 15 minutes of standing, my 30 week pregnant self just helped myself to a chair at a table. I could tell the hosts were running, but the lack of communication was very disappointing.“

“I was going to look at the menu to order and noticed the overall 3 star review. I've been ordering from this location for a few years now and wondered what's up with that. I have never received anything from this restaurant that wasn't excellent. I'm appalled at these one star ratings and wonder if somebody's planting bad reviews to help their own business. Order whatever you like, all their food is excellent compared to the other Chinese restaurants in the area.

“Waited a month before coming because I saw all the negative reviews. I went in and I ordered the wicked sandwich to go. Everything about my sandwich was fantastic. The only thing I would he concerned about is time. I was the only one in there and it still took 10+ minutes to get my sandwich. Overall 8.5/10 . The wicked was fantastic.“
