We tried the mini pancakes with milk chocolate and strawberries and the peach mango smoothie we come here very often and get the exact same thing and love it absolutely. Ali goes above and beyond in terms of service. Will recommend it 10/10.“

“I’ve been coming here a while since they opened. It’s great to have this location in downtown Mount Prospect.
I live within walking distance, live right across from the library.
As always, the owners as you can see the gentleman in the pictures always smiling happy that we are all enjoying his restaurant.

The husband and wife team are amazing people there they have a great display of machines, snacks, Ramen, and the best fun drinks.

Today I went by because I was on a huge DoorDash order. It’s great to be able to come here as a customer and as a delivery driver.

So many drinks I took to a companies office.

It’s so great that the owners has the order ready for me as I arrived and can do very large orders.

I know my customers are happy. I’ve seen people sitting there with a smile and I’m so glad they are here with us in downtown Mount Prospect.

We’ve had our place since 2016 and I’ve seen many buildings and businesses come into our area.

Well, I’m happy. The owners are here with us. I hope they stay with us for a long time. Have a great day and enjoy your bubbles.🫧🥤“

“I had dropped one of my drinks on the way out and I felt really bad , but I went back inside and asked if I could get it remade or purchase another one and the employee was the kindest and remade me the drink really fast and would clean it up on her own. Thank you boba heaven 🥲🙏“

“This place just opened and its fantastic! The best Thai milk tea ive had. Most places it seems uses a Sweetened mix but here you actually taste the fresh brewed tea. And the tapioca boba has good flavor and the perfect texture. My daughter loves the oreo ice blend also. Tastes just like eating a cookie.“

“The team here is super friendly and very responsive. I usually get a response through email in 2-3 hours. Whenever I need inventory, they let me pick it up the next day at the Warehouse. When they deliver, it’s always on Thursdays and very reliable. Great company to deal with!“

“First time here and my boba was delicious. The owner was very nice and helpful choosing a drink. I will definitely be back and bring my daughter!“

“Best boba I’ve ever had, amazing!!!“

“Went in for the first time last week and I can’t wait to go back again! Ordered their cookies and cream shake and asked for it to be a little less sweet and they made it perfect! I also got a taro boba and that was delicious as well. The boba pearls were soft and chewy. The ladies at the front were very friendly and they gave me a small sample of the taro tea to try before I ordered it. Overall a great experience!“

“It is always amazing to get boba and chocolate waffle from here. The lady is very nice and remembers our order everytime we come. I will definitely recommend this store. I really cant compare this to any other boba place. My personal fave is the winter melon milk tea with tapioca“

“Absolutely delightful atmosphere and I loved my latte!“

“Really enjoyed my first time here! The food was honestly really good and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The portions were great, and you could tell the food was made with care. The flavors were well balanced, and there was plenty to choose from. The service was also friendly and the atmosphere was really nice. Definitely a place I’d come back to!“

“Voltage is the best bubble tea I have had in all of Chicagoland! I usually get bubble tea in the city, but this is far better than any place I have tried. They have quite an assortment of flavors (Honeydew! Peach! My faves and so rare to find!). The milk tea came perfectly cold with just enough ice to keep it cool (but not too much) as well as a generous amount of tapioca/boba! The tapioca balls were a wonderfully pleasant, squishy consistency- a tapioca texture unmatched by anywhere I’ve been before. We ordered 2 milk teas and were offered a free tea on our next order- which is very kind, considering bubble tea is expensive! At first my sister was skeptical about getting bubble tea from a fast food spot, but we are so glad we did! I am sold on Voltage and will go out of my way to come whenever I am in the area or passing through.“

“Excellent Ramen. Excellent bartender in Helen Try the Mango Tango Vegi Roll.“

“The Banh Mi sandwich was honestly one of the best ones I've ever had. The lemongrass chicken was juicy and flavorful. The bread was exactly how it should be (crunchy outside, soft and fresh inside). All the veggies (carrots, daikon, cilantro, cucumbers) were fresh. The sauce was a perfect amount which brought everything together beautifully.“

“highly recommended. She owned the Philippine resto next to mart and the food is really good and affordable.“

“Best pho north of Chicago!! We will definitely come back even though it’s about a 30 min drive for us! Great service and great food!“

“Super cute and yummy! Great spot for a family adventure or to chill with friends.“

“We stopped here on a whim while we waited for a tire repair at the local Firestone. Super friendly staff. Lots of customers coming in to place orders. My husband daughter ordered fries chicken and chicken tenders with fries and they did warn us it would take twenty mins because they cook them fresh to order. They were the crispiest, tastiest, flakiest pieces of chicken. The fries were awesome too. I had a single chicken taco and it was fresh, flavorful and delicious! We also ordered some bubble tea blended drinks that were good. I'm glad we stopped here.“

“The seasonal specials are not only creative but delicious! Tried the Carmel apple cider sundae. In a word fantastic! Worth the trip from Schaumburg! Fun atmosphere. Highly recommend. See you soon!“

“Phenomenal and reasonably priced boba drinks, the tapioca here is SOO GOOD (sweet and perf texture), delicious green tamales (got one just to try, super impressed, would have bought a dozen if they weren’t so expensive @2.75/ea), amazing service, clean, and welcoming environment!! 10000/10“

“Their horchata boba is very flavorful! They also provide board games to play while enjoying their tasty treats, adding to the cozy atmosphere :)“

“Casual, affordable place. I had the wide noodle Pad Thai with tofu and it was good. Friendly customer service and no pressure. Go here if you want to relax and have some decent food. I've been here a few times. Oak Park is charming as well.“

“I got a pumpkin spice latte with brown sugar boba and the tapioca was super soft, chewy and warm! They’re also doing a Barbie collab right now which allows you to get a free Barbie straw topper if you get one of their Barbie themed drinks; I tried the Barbie Pink-Ade last time and it was refreshing!“

“I have always loved this place, I have been going here for more over 3 years to get my boba and I love the K-pop vibe always. The only thing they should maybe work on is have more than one person working. But the boba is delicious and love the decor💗“

“Great food, my wife and I had the Hunan beef and Beef fun. Very delicious wel portioned and not at all oily. Very flavorful. Staff is cordial snd helpful. Hope this restaurant stays open for a long time, definately will be going back. YUM!“

“Clean, bright, and good vibes all around. A great spot to chill and enjoy some spicy food. Laid-back atmosphere with good music and a welcoming feel. The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy—easily some of the best Nashville-style hot chicken I’ve had!“

“Very clean and aesthetic boba spot. Our server was Tonya she was very sweet and accommodating. Our family ordered Nutella Vanilla Bean, Mango boba, Horchata and passion fruit ice cream. All were great. Passion fruit ice cream is a must try!!! Love to see 🇵🇸 representation at our local businesses ♥️♥️♥️“

“Great presentation and the product is delicious!“

“releaf is located in the food court of Mitsuwa. I tried the coffee ice cream and the chocolate ice cream. The coffee ice cream had a yummy coffee flavor, and chocolate is always delicious. The ice cream had a very good texture, too. I'd like to try the matcha ice cream on my next visit.
They provided a little wooden stick which was adequate for my ice cream eating purposes.
The food court has a nicer ambience than your average food court in a mall.“

Not only did he take the extra time to properly customize my drink, but he also made sure I got the full value out of my order. He was incredibly friendly, genuinely interested in getting to know his customers, and even shared some fascinating insights about the business. It is rare to find this level of care and hospitality.
