“Found this gem near my hotel when I was craving donuts – and wow, what a great spot! They have a huge selection, and I went for the mini donuts. Perfect bite-sized treats and absolutely delicious.

Friendly vibe, great coffee, and so many options to choose from. Definitely a must-go when you’re in the area. I’ll be back for sure!“

“Eat here practically every weekday when headed to work... they are friendly enough, and if you are a repeat customer, they actually try to remember your order... they are like friends who you haven't met yet... food is always freshly made... not sure about the coffee, eye don't drink it personally but numerous people return daily for it so, there you go... overall 8/10“

“Tried the express menu last weekend for the first time and was NOT disappointed. Vegan birria tacos (made with perfectly seasoned mushrooms) were excellent, though I have to admit the consomé wasn't, unfortunately. But the vegan soul plate was all good. The fried hearts of palm were tasty and crunchy, the mac and cheese was creamy and not too heavy, the sweet potatoes were Thanksgiving-y, and the greens did their job. And the hibiscus and ginger tea I ordered was delicious! I just wish it was less than a 40-minute drive for me, but what can you do?“

“My wife and I go to Dunk Donuts almost every morning. For less than the price of Starbucks we get a dozen donut holes and two of their blended Carmel latte drinks. 🍩 We love Dunk Donuts! “We tried two slices of cake and two pastries. The cakes were absolutely amazing — so light, fluffy, and delicious! We’ll definitely be coming back for more and can’t wait to try other flavors. The pastries looked beautiful, but we weren’t big fans of the filling — it had a pudding-like texture that just wasn’t to our taste. Still, that’s a personal preference, so I’m not taking off any stars for it!“

“My mom had a flat tire and we were in our way to fix it but we had to stop in the parking lot in dunkin we tried calling a tow truck nobody picking up so we went inside the dunkin’ and really nice and amazing person asked if our tire is flat and she offered to ask dominos to get the jack but we didn’t no how to so these to amazing pepole helped change the tire“

“I have come here quite a few times for breakfast and I can tryly say that the folks who run this DD are the best!!! They are super polite, very efficient, and always on time. There have been instances when I was running late and needed to get to work on time. I ordered from the app before I arrived and my food was always ready! I’m not sure if the gentleman who is usually at the drive-thru window is the manager or the owner, but he is absolutely phenomenal. He goes above and beyond every time, and what means the most to me is how kind and patient he is with my dog, who can be reactive and protective. That level of kindness and understanding is rare to find these days, and it truly goes a long way. It’s not just about coffee here—it’s about community, and that’s exactly what he brings. “Been coming here for years, but on Friday late afternoon shift seem bothered & when they don’t get the order right, instead of fixing the situation excuses & blame to the customer! Of course they didn’t fix my order or offer refund. Management needs to retrain the late noon shift, they seem lazy & high. Sad that it’s a constant problem. I prefer going in the mornings! The staff was efficient, courteous, and attentive, even during a busy morning rush. My order was prepared quickly and exactly as requested, and the location was clean and well-maintained.

It’s always refreshing to start the day with great coffee and such positive customer service. Thank you to the team for maintaining such high standards—I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend this rather than the Touhy nor the Lockwood location.“

“Absolutely amazing: the staff is incredibly nice, the place is always clean, and service is fast. I love coming here on the weekends with friends, and since it usually isn't packed, we can stay and relax and chat. I am emotionally attached to this particular Dunkin.

Vegetarian options: Most things either don't have meat (donuts/bakery stuff) or you can get with/without meat (like the avocado toast; you can get it with or without bacon). Everything except the breakfast stuff is vegetarian, I would say. (:

Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to stay away from sugar or animal products, it would be best to stick to black coffee. There are options, but they are pretty limited.

Parking: Depending on the day/time it can be a little difficult to find parking. There are other side streets nearby that you can park on though.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is very nice, especially when kids come in. However, sometimes the kids don't clean up after themselves and leave a huge mess for the workers. Dunkin is not a table service restaurant. If your kid is coming here, please make sure they are being respectful of this shared public space.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the lip in front of the storefronts when entering the parking lot through the Touhy entrance. Otherwise there is a small lip to get up to the pavement from in the parking lot. Getting into the store itself, though, wouldn't be much of a problem. The door can close kind of fast, so someone might need to grab the door.“

“I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

“The soft-spoken woman who makes the cakes at this location is one of the kindest people I've encountered in a food service setting in my whole life. I cannot reconcile the negative reviews posted here with my experiences at all. This month, I spent $100 at this specific location on two separate custom orders (cakes, etc), and they did a *perfect* job. They will continue to get my business.“

“Ran into this location for a friend's birthday, as she loves Dunkin. The place was nice, clean, the staff was friendly and service was superb. The clientele however needed a whooping. As one man grabbed the wrong order, made it the woman's fault behind the counter than threw it at her and demanded a new one. Very low class. “The sandwich was well build with I presume precooked eggs and meat on rye bread. The iced coffee was a bit gritty which I didn’t like. I’m uncertain if that Duncan’s way or just didn’t blend or dissolve. The staff were pleasant and busy cleaning and cleaning!!!“
