“Stans is a great place to stop in once you’ve landed in Chicago. This location is conveniently located near ORD and offers a variety of beverages, sandwiches and of course delicious donuts.
I opted to try their special banana matcha and it was delicious! Great quality matcha and addition of banana flavor.
As I arrived a little later in the afternoon the donut stock was limited but I tried one of their croissant donuts and it was delicious- not fresh but still good.
I loved the shop interior, it was super welcoming and clean.“

“Eat here practically every weekday when headed to work... they are friendly enough, and if you are a repeat customer, they actually try to remember your order... they are like friends who you haven't met yet... food is always freshly made... not sure about the coffee, eye don't drink it personally but numerous people return daily for it so, there you go... overall 8/10“

I live now, in the Western suburbs, about 30 miles away from donuts, and there are no donut places out here that even want to compare with don't donuts. I felt so lucky to find Bri and her team-- the food they make is magic and I swear to gods they trick me into eating more veggies all the time. And then the comfort food? The fried rice and the Mac n cheese and the jerk wings (even the vegan Mac n cheese, btw)? You don't even know. Last but not least- let me say that these folks are also so kind and thoughtful. “I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

I’m not sure if the gentleman who is usually at the drive-thru window is the manager or the owner, but he is absolutely phenomenal. Parking: Depending on the day/time it can be a little difficult to find parking. There are other side streets nearby that you can park on though.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is very nice, especially when kids come in. However, sometimes the kids don't clean up after themselves and leave a huge mess for the workers. Dunkin is not a table service restaurant. If your kid is coming here, please make sure they are being respectful of this shared public space.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the lip in front of the storefronts when entering the parking lot through the Touhy entrance. Otherwise there is a small lip to get up to the pavement from in the parking lot. Getting into the store itself, though, wouldn't be much of a problem. The door can close kind of fast, so someone might need to grab the door.“

I visited this Dunkin' location for the first time over the weekend (Saturday evening), and it was one of the best experiences compared to any Dunkin' locations I have visited so far.
