There are seven veggies, including kimchi, scrambled eggs, and cheese to add to your bowl, top it off with one of 6 sauces. Pineapple and avocado are premium toppings at $1.50 each. I found the Korean BBQ tender and flavorful. The broccoli is oven roasted, bringing ou the nuttiness. Seriously, two people can split a bowl or plan on lunch tomorrow. ? On the beverage station is a crock of hot Miso soup, it is included in with your bowl. I found the soup needed salt.“

“Being gluten free and dairy free has made life challenging, but not since finding Holcomb Hollow! I've been a loyal customer since finding them at Green Joe's in Schaumburg. I'v also bought them at Pure Juice Cafe in Arlington Heights. With my wacky commute, I've also been able to find them at Brewpoint Coffee in Elmhurst as well as Conscious Cup in Palatine. We love their muffins, cookies, and donuts so so much. They are tasty and never give us a problem with our special dietary restrictions. They also are at the Mundelein Farmer's Market and offer seasonal special sales from their wholesale baking location in Mundelein. I follow them on Instagram where they advertise their latest products or new flavors. I also keep tabs on which businesses stock them on their IG page because it feels like the list keeps growing! IG is where they announce their random seasonal specials too. Devoted fan right here!“

“This place is a great place for casual eating! I love getting the seasonal Kong Guksu (cold bean noodles), and the Tteokbokki was such a hit amongst my friends and family! The food was also very fresh and had lots of different flavor profiles. Delicious and healthy Korean food in the neighborhood. Truly a gem in Korean food scene. Staff is incredibly polite and kind and the food is, as they claim in their website, authentic. It is just like home made cooking I remember and all ingredients are super fresh. The interior is adorable and very well coordinated. Highly recommend coming here if you're interested in trying Korean cuisine. I will be back to try more. I'm already recommending to friends and family.“

“Everything is always great at Wildberry as far as the food & service go! I just wish they had a better system for when they are crowded, and not have everyone come up to the desk to wait to be seated. It turns into a mosh pit. I don't like it! Maybe they need a bigger building...something but the food is always so amazing!“

“We live 2.5 hours south of Lake Villa, but we were meeting some friends from Florida for dinner. They were in the area for their grandson’s graduation from Great Lakes Naval Academy. Found this place via Google and it had great reviews, with good reason. We wish we lived closer because it would be a favorite for sure. Probably the best bruschetta and lasagna I’ve had in a very long time. Everyone loved their entrees. We tried multiple pasta dishes and the pizza. Prices were very reasonable and our service was exceptional. Excellent dining experience all around. Highly recommend.“

The first course that we had was calamari, and they were much larger pieces than I'm accustomed to, and the breading was a little bit soggy however, the second appetizer we ordered was clams, and it was absolutely phenomenal. “We have been searching for decent “Chinese” food since moving to mchenry 8 months ago and NOTHING in the area was even close to being good. This was the first time I’ve had it since moving and I can FINALLY say we found the place. The egg rolls were so good, which is usually my biggest test on a place! The beef egg food young was also great, no big chunks of onions either. It was a good portion of ingredients, and the flavor was spot on. My husband had the chicken fried rice and orange chicken and he said it was really good - he usually says “it was fine” whenever we get Chinese, so this is a big compliment coming from him. The service getting the food was quick and still warm when we got it. I do remember coming here years ago, and remember it being really a great atmosphere and really good. So luckily with Uber Eats, we were able to have it delivered. I am thrilled to say I FINALLY found my go to spot!!!!“

“We have eaten here many times over the years. The food and staff are great! This last time we came in for a carry-out order and our food was accidentally handed out to a Grub-hub delivery person. How Tanya (sp?) and her staff handled the snafu was nothing short of AWESOME! It couldn't have been handled any better. Accidents happen and we totally understood that. It is an attractive space with lots of exposed wood beams, plenty of tv's, and an awesome looking bar top.My most recent visit to the patio was on a Tuesday, for lunch with a friend. We decided to sit outside; and even though it was a cool Autumn day, we were perfectly comfortable. We arrived shortly after they opened and there was plenty of seating; by the time we finished-up they had a very nice crowd.My buddy ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Salad, and I had the The Irishman, which is a Burger with Guinness Cheese Dip, an onion ring, and homemade pickles. We both agreed the food was delicious. Service was excellent (as always).I love the new space, and can't wait for my next visit. “Oishi Sushi is one of my go to sushi places. All the workers are nice. I always recommend getting the all you can eat, it's definitely worth the price. All you can eat menu has great appetizer options as well as really good roll selections. Personally I would recommend getting any of the tuna or salmon rolls, those are some of my favorites. Once you finish with Entrees make sure to get the sugar donuts they are delicious, fresh and hot.“

My go-to dish are the Chilaquiles, Although somewhat spicy having ordered a side of white toast really complement eachother. While waiting, I also watched a team of employees work well together (even through the were short staffed). Our food was pretty good. Personally not a fan of the baked potatoes as mine was overcooked. Highly recommend the Cuban sandwich.I spoke briefly with the GM (Sunshine) and commended her on everything. “Moving from San Diego, I've been having a hard time finding a place that comes close to authentic Viet food. This is now my go to place. Food quality held up to my expectations. Service was amazing due to the staff being friendly. Seemed like everyone that came in were repeating customers that the servers knew very well. I feel like the only thing everyone on here is complaining about is the "CASH ONLY", there's a sign at the front door that tells you that and the ATM does not have a fee. I had the spring rolls, steamed potstickers, Thai milk tea and pho and it came out to be $34. Which is very cheap to me. The atmosphere and ambiance of the place is nice. Place is huge and very clean. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back whenever I am craving Viet food. Oh! As a huge fan of honeydew smoothie, they have that as well. “This place is sooo good! I love a sushi place where we can get thick pieces of sashimi that melt in your mouth. Their rolls and potstickers were also great. My kids have been slowly getting into sushi and they approved of everything. The inside is nice, it's a little updated since it was Lovely Thai. I need to come back soon to try the other foods. “Firkin is a quaint place - the ambiance is fantastic. Unfortunately, the food quality has fallen significantly. Anyone can do a decent burger, but beyond that it's lacking. We'll try again to see if they step it up, but if not, we'll go elsewhere.“

Their bakery is huge and has a ton of baked goods, from muffins to scones and cookies.I got their Baja beef labretti with some veggies and hummus, which was super yummy. Their chai latte is also delicious.It does get quite crowded. I went on a Wednesday at lunch time and the line was through the door. I'd recommend going earlier or around 1-2pm to skip the rush.“

If the parking lot is full, there's a decent chance the restaurant might be full. If they have mango with sticky rice, get it. They've been here for decades. Decor is from the 80s and not a large seating space.“

Huge portions too I was surprised. We ordered the Chrissoulas Greek Salad to start off and it was so good. So much better than your traditional Greek salad because this one didn't come with capers and I really can't stand capers in my salad anyways. We also ordered the pastitsio and the Chrissoulas chicken to share and both were absolutely delicious and very flavorful. Need to come back and try other items on their menu. “My 1st time here, I did enjoy the atmosphere, but the food was average. I was surprised that I couldn't request how I wanted my beef cooked. I always want it well done, but my server said that all meat has to be cooked medium, so I took a chance at it. I saw too much pink, and had to pick through my patty melt. Was disappointed, but the seasoned fries were very good! The Kenosha curds were good, but over fried. They seemed like they're not battered in house, but pre frozen. So I won't order those again. Our server was not very friendly, just average. I did like my razzmatazz margarita, but had too much h ice in it. I definitely enjoyed the Live Band that was performing!“
