“So this past June marked my very first time visiting a Crumbl Cookies. I guess I musta been living under rock (actually no) but apparently I misunderstood the concept behind the famed bakery.When I first walked in and browsed the menu, I was like "only 6 different types of cookies?" Well ok then, guess I'll try each one times 2. I eventually found out from my stepdaughter that there's a rotation each week which makes perfect sense.These cookies are outstanding: they stay soft, moist & flavorful for several days and the price which may seem high to some is definitely worth it. The ability to add on to the cookies is ideal as well.Customer service is down-to-earth friendly and helpful and as long as they keep baking that yummy goodness with consistency, I'll keep coming back for more.“

Although the gift card had a balance large enough to cover the food we ordered, the machine wasn't accepting it. Thankfully, the worker was helpful and understanding.
