“When we arrived in Chicago, we decided to try the Lincoln location of Lou Malnati’s. Unfortunately, despite arriving 40 minutes before closing, we were told they would not seat us. I completely understand that deep-dish pizzas take longer to prepare and that ordering one so close to closing might not be possible. However, I was disappointed that we couldn’t be seated at all, especially since we were told we could still place an order for carryout.

Thankfully, we decided to give Lou Malnati’s another chance at the Schaumburg location, and I’m so glad we did! What a difference! The manager was incredibly friendly and welcoming, our waitress was attentive and genuinely kind, and the food was absolutely delicious!

The Schaumburg team completely turned our experience around. Their wonderful hospitality and excellent service reminded us why customer service matters so much. I’m glad we gave Lou Malnati’s a second chance, because this location absolutely delivered!“

“This is a five star overall and in every category rating. After reading reviews on all sites I thought I’d give Joe’s a try. Their site indicated fresh ingredients, fresh dough, and outstanding service. It’s true! This is not a chain…as in everything tastes the same, pizza. The sauce is fresh and not overly salted or seasoned; you taste the tomatoes, the sausage, the green peppers and the onions! It was risky because I ordered this for New Year’s Eve for a group, (even tho I’d never had it) but all loved it. I had to laugh thinking about others’ reviews that note it tastes different-that’s because they haven’t had fresh ingredient pizza in so long. The owners (I assumed) were fun and kind and the cozy/small pick-up makes you feel like you are in another country-Italy. “NPT is the best pizza in the suburbs of Chicago! It is Neopolitan style pizza and they have pasta dishes as well. Their appetizers are excellent, their Tiramisu is top notch, and they have a good selection of wines and Italian sodas. Get over to NPT for authentic Neopolitan pizzas!“

You may have your doubts trying something new, But I encourage you get a slice and oh yes my favorite Italian Short Bread cookies; the kind Grandma would have out on Thanksgiving or Christmas heck even Easter. “We recently placed a take-out order with Frato’s and was extremely satisfied with our experience. The 18” pizza was the perfect size for our group and I was happy they offered 18”. Many places around here only offer 16”. We also ordered wings, which were a great value and quite delicious. Since we have a rewards account, we earned free garlic dippers. Those were the perfect add-on to the meal and the kids loved them.

We will definitely order with Frato’s again!“

“We had our Granddaughters birthday party, a group of 20, mostly adults. One of our group, Malcom had made a reservation. Our server, Katie was fabulous. Our group trickled in and drink orders were obviously not taken all at once. We ordered a large salad, a few appetizers, and some pizzas. Our food was served fast and hot. We were very pleased with Katie's efficiency, knowledge, our service, and our food. We'll DEFINITELY be back!“

“The most underrated pizza spot in chicago! Lots of people prioritize getting Pizza Hut or Jets Pizza but I highly recommend getting Pizza from this spot. Whenever your getting a pizza from here, get the Mango Habanero Sauce. I honestly found out about this sauce by just asking them which sauce is the most spicy.“
