“I've ordered Lou Malnati's through the mail long distance for a couple years for my birthday without ever having been to an actual location. So my expectations were pretty high when we found out we had a trip to Chicago. We booked these reservations immediately. Honestly, the pizza was better when I could cook it in my own oven and make it a little more crispy with bubbly golden cheese and crust. It tasted a little bland like it needed salt and could've been cooked longer. Otherwise we had a great experience. I will try a different place next time we are in Chicago.“

“I don't like ANY of the other halal pizza spots in the suburbs, BUT for this Palooza pizza.
Palooza pizza has the best tasting sauce with just the correct amount of tanginess and heat. No overpowering, nauseating fennel.
And the cheese:sauce:toppings ratio is perfect for me.
Plus, it's zabiha halal.
Hoping this place runs successfully forever.“

“NPT is the best pizza in the suburbs of Chicago! It is Neopolitan style pizza and they have pasta dishes as well. Their appetizers are excellent, their Tiramisu is top notch, and they have a good selection of wines and Italian sodas. Get over to NPT for authentic Neopolitan pizzas!“

“Placed an order over the phone for a delivery order and I must say, the service was great. I believe Mark took my order (according to the receipt). Super helpful and quick. Budgeted 1 hour for delivery, showed up in 50 minutes which is always a plus. Delivery driver was courteous and overall I’m glad we ordered from here!
Pizza was very good, and they have a gluten free 10” as well!
Wings were not as good as expected, but I can’t lower their rating for that.
Overall, would order again!“

“I can't begin what is better at Frato's.The delicious food, or the amazing customer service..BOTH!! Staff goes out of their way in service, and are very nice.The pizza is definitely one of the BEST we ever had I will definitely drive from the otherside of Schaumburg for pizza and other menu items. “I had a door dash mishap tonight and the manager not only got me my refund but had a new pizza being made with her own delivery driver. I even got cookies for my inconvenience! They have one competent manager among with delicious pizza!!! Thank you for making the whole issue so easy.“
“This place is awesome as staff and customers are very friendly and food is always good. If you want something light the vegetable soup is great and comes with a warm dinner roll. Bar service is great and there are daily food and drink specials. Pizza is also excellent!!!“

“My dog and I love Marios! We go there when we're out doing errands. Domino loves the crusts and I get the rest. The slice is huge and delicious, and she knows where we are going when I pull into parking lot. She guards the car while I make the pizza dash!“

“I have always had a good experience with this place! Sure, every business makes mistakes, but it's how they fix those mistakes that matters. For 90% of the time, my pizza has been made specifically how I said I wanted it, with a polite, friendly, and charismatic delivery guy. I know how customer service is, and it isn't easy. For a delivery guy to be delivering good service like that at the end of the night, consistently, is impressive. Although they do seem stressed at times, (once again, not always, but I have noticed that-they are quite busy), they deliver great end result. Loved this pizza hut, and I will definitely come back!“

“Just reading the rude comments makes me sick to my stomach. I come here frequently because it’s the only pizza that doesn’t bother my 96 year old grandma. She loves it here and she loves the staff they are always patient and very nice to her. Trust me my grandma can be picky. Not once have they been rude to her. I can say different for some customers I’ve been in line while customers are just shouting at these kids. I will continue to come here thanks guys“
