“Passing through ORD, of course I'm going to get a Chicago dog. But even the best laid plans get sidetracked!

There are terminals you can order from, and while I was putting in my order, a staffer suggested their Maxwell Street hot dog (prepped by the amazing Oumar) - their only grilled offering! - and I couldn't resist. She was friendly and I went along with it.

Worth a visit if you're craving a hot dog and have a layover.

“I took my two boys here for dinner and food was excellent!!! I felt that we got plenty of food for the price, especially when the boys got ice cream shakes. We wanted to try the funnel cake and they ended up not making us pay(which was around $15). They said it was on them, nothing wrong with it, they just wanted to do it for my boys. I haven’t had a place do this for me for a while, especially since times are hard for businesses these days. I would highly recommend this place.“

“I’ve been coming to this place since it was Billy’s, still continue coming and I frequent more now actually, the place has been remodeled, clean, the owner is extremely friendly as well as the whole entire staff. You get a friendly welcome everytime you come in, now let’s get to the food! Always a 10/10 food is ALWAYS fresh, hot and full of flavor, a gyro under 15 bucks with a salad? “I come here one to two times a month and it never disappoints. My go-to is the merkts cheddar burger which I think is the best burger in the area. The staff is always super friendly and the restaurant is clean. I highly recommend Blaze N Grill. Everything on the menu is freshly made and delicious. .“

“I like to say “good food makes a soul happy”. When I'm having a tough day, nothing satisfies like good food. I ordered a double smashburger through Uber Eats, and it arrived warm with crispy fries. Everything was packed neatly, which made me excited to dig in. The burger was fantastic!! soft, perfectly seasoned, and the smash sauce was great! Unlike other places that over-salt their burgers, this one was spot on. I’ve found my new go-to spot. The fries were also a good portion. I’ll definitely order from there again, as long as they keep the seasoning consistent bc too much salt can ruin a meal!“

“Astonishing that it's still around. I was 10 when it opened in 1948 and to get a double decker at HH was close to heaven. Across the street was Prince Castle, long gone, where you could get a slider for much less money. HH was a splurge and it's wonderful to see it live today.“
