“A little off the beaten path but worth it. The man who made our sandwiches was funny, friendly, attentive and patient. I haven't eaten at a Subway in a while and it was better than I remember, especially the bread. The restaurant and the bathroom were also clean.“

“I stopped at this location while traveling through and I had to sit and write a review to really shine a light on just how amazing the two workers are that were working tonight (9/1, 6:30pm, a guy and a gal). As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years and started at the store hourly level, this experience was completely made by these two individuals. I just had dinner at a star restaurant in Chicago and I did not receive NEAR the customer service as I did with these two individuals. They greeted every person enthusiastically when they came in the door and made sure to tell them to have a great day when they left. They were both upbeat and conversed with every customer that came through the line. They also made a point to correct the orientation of meat on my sandwich to ensure it was consistent. These two are doing a phenomenal job and if I could hire them to work for me, I would without hesitation. These two need a raise and appreciation for providing such amazing customer care when today’s industry standard has become minimal effort and inconsistency. It was refreshing to eat here and if I lived closer, I would be here often to support this business. Sandwiches were amazing and this was a great experience overall!“

“The only place in town to get the best Philly cheese steak, or a chicken Philly, or a bunch of other good sandwiches. Come check the menu out.

“We love going to the Quiznos-Lawrence location. Every time we go, we try a new sammy from the menu, and we have yet to find a menu item that we haven’t loved.❤️ But the food isn’t the only reason we go to this store every time we are in Springfield… we go because the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, and the shop is pristine in terms of cleanliness. My son always snags a cookie (and so does his father😉). Josh (the manager) runs a tight ship, and his guests LOVE him. Last time I was in, I spoke with an elderly couple that comes in at least 3x a week, because they love the brand… and they especially love Josh! Great work, Qteam Springfield!!“
