“Usually we have very good service here. But this past Saturday, we waited a very long time for our food. Communication is key. If it was going to be a long wait due to staffing shortages or a surge in customers, then have the hostess let us know BEFORE we are seated. It was probably 30 minutes before the waitress came to tell us of the delay and she was not attentive to refilling coffee and water at all. I normally wouldn't have said anything but I kept getting emails asking for my review.“

“This was absolutely delicious!!! I ended up getting three plates of the yummy tatsu and it was so unbelievably good! The server gave us complementary, on the house pineapple as a thank you for how much food we ordered, but it was that good! I didn't want to stop ordering! We will be back!!!“

“My daughter and I ate at First Watch on January 25,2024, the food was good as always. So as we were leaving I went to pay and my daughter and granddaughter went to the car, my comes in and say mama I locked the keys in the car and my granddaughter is in there. She called O’Fallon police and so did one of the staff did as well. The police community service worker came out and tried unlocking the door for about 20 minutes, remind you my granddaughter is in there and it’s cold and raining. Next thing I know almost the whole staff came out and tried everything they can do because they seen we were out there for a long time. I finally got ahold of my insurance company and they sent someone out and they was able to unlock my door finally. Big shout out to the staff at First Watch for all your help, my daughter and I really appreciate you all ❤️“

“I do not recommend this place the first girl that waited on us today was nice. She was great asked us after 3 if she could check us out cause another girl was coming in we said yes. The other young lady asked my finance if he needed a beer and he said yes and we wanted a to go order also. The facility was clean, and interesting to the eye!! My food was beautifully cooked!! I'm disabled, and did not have to wait long to be seated, and served. The entire staff on this day was friendly, and professional!!! Causing me to want to come in the future!!! I will also tell my family, and friends about my wonderful experience. “Really good but please if you go there just be aware the portions are insane. I’m not sure why any restaurant would have portions this large. The kids meals are like an adult meal and an adult meal would serve two adults. I just wish we had known that because we were visiting from out of town so could not bring home any leftovers. I felt absolutely terrible wasting so much food.“

“We ordered our food over the phone to be picked up (carry out). When we got to the restaurant, we ordered wings. We put the order online just to get the wings for 50 cents a wing. They got our order completely right. They were friendly and gave us very good service. When we arrived back home, the food was hot and really good. We had no complaints because it was well prepared and fresh.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly with child's menu.“
