“Morning Staff is always very friendly and they make sure the drive thru line moves as quickly as possible. Once in a while I get a coffee that tastes a little burnt but other than that they do a really good job! Good variety for their menu as well and they always give our dog a small cup of whip cream when she comes with for the car ride! She looks forward to her Dunkin field trips! I mostly come here on weekends, especially during rush hours. I don’t like waiting in the drive-thru, so I usually come inside. There’s this young lady in a beautiful hijab who always greets me with a smile. She even remembers my order before I say it.

I always watch how the baristas make the coffee, but she takes extra care with it. I usually order my iced coffee with mocha, cream, and sugar, and she recommended adding just one sugar instead of two since the mocha already makes it sweeter. I reluctantly agreed, and honestly, that was the best iced coffee ever!

It had the perfect amount of sweetness and that rich chocolaty flavor. The best part was how well it was mixed — most baristas don’t take the time to mix the coffee properly, but she really did a great job. I definitely recommend coming inside instead of using the drive-thru because that’s where the quality feels the highest.“

Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely wonderful when you can have the employees helping hold the door for my son (he's in the wheelchair) and I'm kinda tiny. Great service and above and beyond.“

“I liked this dunkin a bit more than the rest. The workers were polite and well prepared. I have to give probs to the young lady who made our banana split because it looked and tasted perfect. I did order extra food after to help some people in need and none of the workers judged them or us for helping these people. A father and daughter in need of food and hydration walked in after my hubbie invited them and we talked for a little bit before we went on our way. None of the staff made a comment or complaint. They just accepted us and the people in need.

Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options and even if a sandwich or item has meat you can choose to remove or substitute it. My go to is the avocado toast and veggie egg white bites.“

“Yesterday i placed a mobile order through the drive through, and sat there for about 12 minutes but decided to just come inside and grab it instead. YALL I WASNT EVEN MAD AB THE WAIT TIME BC OF HOW DELICIOUS MY COLD BREW WAS. I came back again today and my coldbrew is once again genuinely the best thing that has ever happened to my tastebuds. My everything bagel minis are actually WARM and the hashbrowns are sooo crispy instead of mushy. I used to come here often and didnt have the greatest service but holy wow. This is so good, if u guys see this pls applaud the team working on 11/05 and 11/06. Please keep this hard work up im genuinely so happy im giggling and kicking my feet. So dead serious.“

“I just recently started working in Joliet and this Dunkin is right off the exit next to my job and I have never been to a Dunkin that is as fast as them and always has my drink right and the food is always perfect! And the people that work in there are so sweet“
