“I'm not a reviewer but had to in this case. I rated the ambience as outstanding because it's just my style. Kind of rustic. I can't say enough about the food. I went for dinner on Tuesday and back for brunch on Saturday. Both meals were amazing. Tapas for dinner and every bite was uniquely flavorful. Avocado toast for brunch with perfect seasoning, sauce, and bread. Coffee was delicious. All that said, I was shocked it wasn't packed. Hoping this review brings them business! They deserve it! Did I mention free street parking and prices significantly lower than comparable restaurants in the city?“

“We went to Hampton Social for my sister’s bachelorette in Nashville, and it was an unforgettable experience! The atmosphere is super cute and fun, with a laid-back yet vibrant vibe. The cocktails were delicious, and the staff made it extra special by bringing my sister some shots with a sparkler for her bachelorette. Since her bridal party was small and the guitar shots were too much for our group, this thoughtful gesture made the day even more memorable. “This place is the coolest bar I have been to in a long time, hip and fun but not pretentious. They paid attention to every detail when building and designing. The white marbel bar has clean lines and looks fresh. All of the hardware finishes look sharp and clean. The patio is large and inviting with a fire place and plenty of tables to sit at. The drink menu is creative and refreshing and the staff is kind and welcoming. I cannot say enough good things about this gem of a bar. I am excited to hang out this fall on the patio by the fireplace with good drink in My hand.“

“I asked a local friend for a reco for a bougie, but laid back dark and moody cocktail bar with lounge vibes. This hit the mark! Awesome cocktails. Try the Voodoo absinthe one. Bartender Ashley was fantastic and made me an off menu chartreuse cocktail after telling her I loved chartreuse. Met some friendly locals as well. Will def be back. “We had a fair experience at Lilac Tiger. Went in on a Friday night and were seated fairly quickly. My cocktail was great. My friend's, not so much. We ordered the vada pav and the chettinad paneer curry. My friend also got mussels. Everything was alright. Very few vegetarian options and the ones we ordered were okay. Service was a little spotty. The hostess who greeted and seated us was very professional and was amazing.
We weren't super impressed but the place is worth checking out and we will definitely want to give it another try.“

“This is a Michelin star rated restaurant that offers prix fixe menus, they can also accommodate gluten free. We had the vegan tasting with the non alcoholic pairing (and we added an extra course of the morel samosa) and our total with gratuity was about $500. I was very hungry when I came in at 538pm and I left very satisfied when I left at 830pm. We also asked to see the kitchen which was a treat, really appreciated all the staff especially Yusuf.“

“I am late writing my review but I had to write it !! I visited provare chicago On july 8th !! From start to finish this restaurant gets 5 starts . The decor was nice and set a perfect atmosphere for a great night . We were greeted immediately upon arrival and seated within 5 minutes of being there . Once seated the wait staff began their introduction's on drinks and popular menu item's. After my party ordered drinks and appetizers a gentleman came over (not sure if he was the manager) and introduce himself and made sure we were having a great experience. Appetizers were amazing!! We couldn't wait for dinner!! Our entrées we just as good if not better ! Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection! When we didn't think the night could get even better the entire wait staff and the gentleman that came over before stopped and recognized my friend for her birthday and brought over a birthday surprise!! I live 307 miles and this place was definitely worth the drive !!!“

“We had the most amazing experience and would definitely recommend and cannot wait to return! Our server was Peyton and she was wonderful, knowledgeable and very attentive! We only found out after speaking to the manager, to give her due props, that she is pretty new! From the cocktails(so balanced and tasty)to the food(every bite was delicious)to the service(attentive without being overwhelming)to the atmosphere(beautiful and moody), everything was on point! When I made the reservation I had the option to say if we were celebrating anything special and we were, my daughters graduation from Masters program! I never know if restaurants actually read that or not but last night I KNOW they did because they went above and beyond to celebrate her, with a free drink(she got to roll dice for that!), a candle on her dessert drink, a personalized congratulations card, signed by all the staff and even as we were leaving the hostess congratulated her on the way out! The place is cozy, small but filled with surprisingly interesting decor, like the “call your mother phone” and the hotel’s keys. You have to wait a bit in line but the door guy is super cool.
The bartender made me a Daiquiri with the Brugal 1888, I was in Heaven!!! Staff is super cool, professional and experienced.

“We stopped in Alma in the evening for a few rounds of drinks after dinner. We've been here a few times before and always seem to like it. The drinks and wine options are pretty good. There's a ton of space which we like too. The service was lackluster though. We sat for awhile before our server came by; he eventually came over and took our drink order but wasn't that friendly. We had to flag him down for our other rounds. The ambience of the space itself is pretty good, but the music was just a little too loud for a hotel bar. We'll go back again, but there is room for improvements.“

“On the evening of July 5 my wife and I tried Avaspi on Belmont Avenue in Lakeview for the first time. It will not be the last! I love lamb and am quite particular as to how is it prepared. The “lamb delight” menu item was the best lamb I have ever had in a restaurant: tender, succulent, and prepared to perfection. The side salad accompanying it was not your ordinary side salad! My wife and I both enjoyed the Mixed Meze appetizer plate. Each of the five items was quite good but the muhammara was to die for. We ended our meal with tea, baklava and kubralice. The décor and ambience were refreshing and relaxing, and the service was outstanding. The pricing was very reasonable. Please give it a try. We do not think you will be disappointed.“

I needed something greasy and practical for a hangover. I also needed to watch the Minnesota gophers beat up Rutgers (do they even have a mascot)? I ordered the double smash burger, and went to work. The service was quick, very quick, which made me believe the burger would be subpar. My first bite awoke me. I was so back. Every following taste left me with childlike joy, much like a young Jack Slunecka frolicking through the South Dakota prairies. I can not recommend this establishment more.
