“They have kiosks to order when you walk in. The staff is not very attentive to customers, but once you get their attention, they are helpful. When I was there, a customer was playing music on smartphone speakers, which is always an annoying occurrence.“
“Thank you for handling my issue in a professional manner. Honestly when I see a restaurant full of teenagers/young adults, I don’t always expect that I’ll be receiving the best service. I was definitely proven wrong. The manager on duty that day was very helpful and listened to the issue I had with my food and resolved it immediately. When I came in the next day for my food credit, all of the staff was friendly. I spoke with Jonathan and he helped get me the fresh food I was looking for.
