“I live literally across the street from the Dozelis* in South Chicago Heights and I will never go there due to the fact they have such HORRIBLE attitudeS AND ARE AS RUDE AS CAN BE! . Instead, I choose to go to the one on Joe. Or road in Chicago Heights because George and his whole crew are entirely AMAZING people! nd they make you want to come back over and over just because of their whole spirit and energy. They are the nicest people. You can come across, especially in the service industry nowadays. The fact that they are so giving of themselves and go above and beyond for their guests and customers. I can't even begin to tell you what a great place This is! Prices are decent, the food is ALWAYS HOT & DEEEELICIOUS! George and his crew GET THE JOB DONE!!!! GO TO THE 1 ON JOE ORE ROAD THEY WILL BE GLAD TO TAKE CARE OF YOU! Thank you for all that you are George! We need more people like you in this world!! ECSPECIALLY in food industry! “My only complaint is I’m mad I just found out about this place. We ordered a sausage pizza, it’s right up there in my top 5 best pizza’s. It’s very well seasoned and they don’t skimp on the sausage. Delicious pizza, Friendly costumer service , and the price wasn’t bad at all. My husband loved it too and he’s very hard to please when it comes to pizza. “I’ve seen a lot of good reviews about this spot and they did not disappoint at all. Very good pizza, to be honest some of the best I’ve had in this area. Perfect crust with good texture and bite with an amazing crunch at the end. Fresh toppings and perfectly browned cheese. Got a large sausage and pepperoni with half green pepper and onion and they load it up. The sauce is more of a savory sauce which pairs perfectly with the saltiness of the proteins and sweetness of the veggies. Will absolutely be back for more. 10/10 for me !!!!!“

“I have eaten this pizza since I was a little kid. It’s the same!! I’m so happy! It’s so cool to eat something that you grew up eating. The Barton’s crust is very specific and delicious. I love their cheese. My kids like it now so I get to eat it all the time. They have excellent cheese bread too. And even though we don’t eat meat anymore the meat eaters around have said that their sausage tastes the same too. I remember exactly what it tastes like! lol. Try it!“

“Honestly can’t say enough good things about this place, we had them to cater my nephew’s rehearsal dinner and everyone was amazing from the very first phone call, we spoke with the mangers and owner, they made recommendations, delivered an excellent dinner when they said they would, and picked up the pans afterwards, all the guests were raving about the food and the owner even called to make sure everything was perfect! “Great little restaurant. Got there around 8pm. Asked if it was to late to order a deep dish pizza since they take 40-45 minutes to bake. Waitress said no so we ordered away. Food arrived to the table around 850 and the place stayed open after their closing of 9pm to let us eat. Didn't remotely try to rush us out. We weren't the only ones still there either. Food was very good, waitress was very good. Will go again when back in the area.“

“We went to Johns in Dyer and had a fabulous experience. We went for my birthday. 4 adults and eight grandchildren. The food was amazing and the service was awesome and the boys making the pizzas were so nice to the kids. The kids were watching through the window and the cooks were interacting with the kids. They had a blast and are already talking about how they want to go back. We will be definitely visiting Johns soon! “Well, if they cook your food properly, it's not bad... however, if they don't and you need to send it back to cook it (not a fan of raw burgers 🤷‍♀️) and it comes back the same way... be prepared to not eat and pay for the meal anyway. I asked for it to be removed from our bill (over $100 total so not just a couple things) and they removed it after a small "fight" but literally charged us for a basket of fries cuz I ate a few fries off my plate, I guess. they don't take care of their mistakes nor do they care to make things right. Lost future business, everyone at the table was shocked.“

“This location is owned/franchised operated by the youngest man who greeted me. He was very polite, efficient and interactive with me as a customer. I was informed that he had only been open a little over 2 Mos.

Before going to DOMINO's ever again, a lifelong friend had tried it and was raving over it, so I made the trip to try it. Again, after a horrible experience 6 years earlier at their Domino's (off Sibley and Indiana - pizza was burned beyond Description and mgmt there was horrible and going to Corp was...) If these guys continue to provide the level of service that I received, they will be successful.

It's the first pizza I've bought in a very long tim . I ordered the New Garlic and Parmesan with extra sauce and onions in medium (NO Small/individual for single people). Sorry! I also need to say that the Crust wasn't hard and dry. So much so, that for ME, I would have perferred an additional minute of cooking time to my pizza which would have made it even more sensational.

My atmosphere rating is based on it having a very narrow entrance/waiting area and no seating, so I suggest you order ahead and when confirmed your receipt tells you what time it will be ready for pickup. Otherwise, wait in your car where you can sit and wait.

At this time I strongly recommend this location which is a LEFT at the next red-light after Torrence and a quick right into lot. If I detect or receive less in the future I'll be back here and on other review sites. Hope this was useful.“

“Excited to try the empanadas at Empanadus in Homewood on Ridge Road. It is a nice cafe and eatery offering a variety of empanadas for all dietary needs. They are served very warm and the type of empanada is branded into the outside crust. They are a good sized portion and the filling can be tasted with each bite. I bought a variety and it was easy to identify which one was beef, sausage, spinach, vegan, etc. they also offer a variety of coffees too. Would definitely suggest you give it a visit.“
