“Haven’t been to Aurelio’s to know how great of a pizza they serve. I also appreciated walking into the architectural space. It had a nice, old school, vintage, and woodsy feel with the chandelier lighting and the street signs decorations, as you walk in to be seated. Customer service was great. The waitress was awesome and took care of my drink, when refills were needed.As far as food goes, I ordered a Medium pizza with pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and garlic. The protein toppings were cooked phenomenally. They blended well with the garlic and cheese, melting in your mouth. The sauce was excellent. It wasn’t too salty and sweet. Had the right amount of flavor to blend the toppings together. The crust was crunchy and cooked perfectly to hold the pizza together. I’d definitely would come back.“

“New Horizon is a throw back, homey place that rarely disappoints! Friendly staff, great food at a reasonable price, extensive menu that has something sure to please everyone. George is the very hard working owner who makes fabulous homemade soup and bakes all the delicious bread. “Omg this was our first time there Saturday and this pizza is so delicious ?. We ordered the thin crust chicken sausage and Jalapeno's. The pizza barely made it home!! Seasoned well nice crispy thin crust. Reminds me of Italian fiesta pizza. We will definitely be back. It's take out only. But if you wanna eat and watch the game it's connected to a cool bar. We had a couple drinks while waiting for our pizza. 9/10“

“We eat here weekly. The pizza is the best in the Southland. The bar has a "Cheers" vibe where all are welcome. Pizza is half off on Tuesday and every one in town knows that's the best dinner option! Don't take my word for it, you really must try it out!“

“The service is top notch and down to earth. The cheese they use is grade A! I've had the deep dish before but wasn't a fan, only because it's too sweet of a sauce for my taste. However I recently tried the thin crust and it worked very well under the cheese with the sausage, bell pepper, onions and mushrooms. Seems like they saute the bell peppers and they are long pieces not diced. It's costly pie but we did get the 18 inch with 4 toppings, which came to $40. But all costs are rising. I would definitely come back to get a personal pizza for myself! I will have them brown the cheese next time. Definitely worth a try. I enjoyed the antipasto salad, just wish they chopped the meat and cheese instead of long slices that were still partially connected. I had to re-cut it which I didn't particularly mind doing but prefer it done for me if I'm paying for it.“

“My first time here & I thought it was very good, good selections, I got a 4 cheese, a BBQ pork (which was my favorite) Ham & Cheese was also very good. Service was quick, prices we good as well, large selection of canned & bottled drinks. Very limited seating, 1 table & small counter looking out the window with 6 stools. Lots of folks getting take out.“

“Very cool environment, just went there before Christmas with work buddies. Tara was our bartender, she was a great time & took care of all our needs. I ordered a chicken Philly and it was soooooo delicious! I came back to my car to wait on my order and talk with my husband and while waiting, one of the employees was kind enough to bring my food to the car!!! Sooo thoughtful and unexpected. “A friend brought me here for the first time, specifically for the pot roast dishes. I had the Flatbread and it is delicious! It is a bar, and has limited space, but for 2 of us at lunchtime we had the whole back room that was quiet. Cici was super nice and attentive. We very much enjoyed our visit.“

“This place doesn't just have "bar food," they have great food. Their pizzas are great and reasonably priced. These are not frozen pizzas, but made to order. Their smoked meats/ribs are perfect and do not need sauce and all their other dishes be it sides or Mac' and Cheese are priced right and delicious. It isn't your fancy decor type of place, but it is friendly and offers quality food and drinks at good prices. We go at least once a month to get pizza and would likely go more often if it was closer to our residence.“

“This is by far the best thin crust pizza in the extended region. If you haven’t had it, be prepared to not go anywhere else for thin crust pizza. If you are local to Lansing or Munster, this is one of the last great dives continuing on.“

“We came in this evening and sat at the bar. The bar staff was incredibly friendly and engaging. We shared the calamari, which was delicious, and each had our own salad, and shared an entrée of rotini sardi. Great ambience with the paintings and other decorations.“

“I love aurelios, this one has a beautiful facade and interior. It's has a welcoming family feel and it's always a positive environment. The staff is friendly and like always their pizza is delicious. I'd highly recommend the lunch buffet it's a great price with salads, soups, and I think rotating dishes. When we went it was friend chicken, Italian beefs, and Alfredo pasta. Side note: the Italian beef here is surpringly good, definitely the best in the area worth it to go just for that.Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza, mushrooms, spinach, and of course plenty of salad and pasta options.Dietary restrictions: They're really good about getting their orders right, just mention while you order.“

“We used Tony's in Beecher for catering for our kids backyard birthday party may 2024. The food was hot and delicious. We received so many compliments on how good the food was. Nick is who set up our order. He was great! Very nice, prompt and professional. Cost was reasonable. It was delivered right on time. Highly recommend. We had Italian beef sandwiches, garden salad , and chicken tenders. Even the little kids ate well!!!“

“Always have fresh and delicious slices during lunchtime hours. Pepperoni is quite popular so I advise to call to see if they have slices available before going. They can make a pepperoni pizza for slices by the time you arrive (15 mins)Also their lunch buffet is back open for dine in.“

“We always enjoy coming here. We recently hosted a surprise birthday party here and it was excellent. It's a beautiful place, very roomy and comfortable. Food and drink were fresh and full for the duration of the party. My husband loves the Cajun pasta, I often order the salmon BLT (sooo good!) “I ordered a John's sausage pizza for pick up. The pizza was ready for me when I arrived. John's offers a unique pizza cut. The sausage was crumbly, spicy and generously topped on the pizza. The pizza crust was amazing.I grew up on John's pizza when I lived in the Calumet region. My family usually visited other locations....Hammond and Calumet City. It's probably been 15 years since I last had John's. I picked up the pizza pictured and it was the same quality as the pizza I grew up on. Munster's John's did not dissappoint. I would recommend John's to family and friends. I'll visit this location again the next time I'm in town. John's is a gem in the Calumet Region.“

“Beggars Pizza is Great Pizza whether you Dine in or take out. I never was disappointed or dissatisfied with any of their Pizza selections or any other food that they offer on their menu. If you Dine in, you won't be disappointed.The dinning room is very clean and the layout is very nice. They can accommodate very parties to small intimate parties with private dining rooms. The service and the waitresses do a fantastic job waiting on tables in a timely fashion. There's never really a long wait to be seated or and a long wait for your appetizers and dinner.“

“I go on Fridays for happy hour where they have half off drinks. Clean adult fun with no drama. It's normally packed so if you don't like crowds, this place may not be for you. They have one of the best dj's in Chicago on Friday, Dj Reverb and he keeps the place jumping.Parking: Parking can be difficult on Fridays due to happy hour, get there early“

“I didn't order any food when I recently visited Spanky's - a bar and grill located in a small strip mall located at 15213 101st Ave. in Dyer, Indiana. I had a few drinks, served by the very kind bartenders, and really enjoyed the live music with my friends and family! You can smoke in the bar, but it is pretty well venhilated, according to my non-smoking friends. There is a decent sized stage, plenty of space to sit at at the bar or at the tables in front of the stage, and there wasn't a wait for the bathrooms. There were three stalls available in the ladies room, which were clean, and it was nice not having to wait! Prices for the drinks were very reasonable. If music isn't your thing, there were plenty of TV's to watch - showing the news, gameshows, and sports games. I had an awesome time, they had amazing musicians, and I look forward to going back soon!Parking: Because the bar is located within a strip club, parking can be limited. There are signs in front of the businesses that state only customers for that business can park there. There IS free, additional parking located behind the strip mall, though.Kid-friendliness: This is a bar that features adult music. You might just want to leave the children at home with a baby sitter if you're going late!Wheelchair accessibility: There are parking spots for disabled individuals. Those with wheelchairs shouldn't have much trouble navigating the single level bar.“

I have driven by this restaurant a dozen times, but today 11/13/2023, my family and I decided to order dinner from them and it was EXCELLENT! It was worth every dime I spent. “First time going to this place since a coworker recommended it. I got the bacon chicken ranchero grinder minus the tomato plus banana peppers and it was so good. I substituted the mozzarella for cheddar cheese instead since chedda makes it betta! I got the half grinder and that sandwich was a big portion that I was able to save it for the next day. I think they make their own bread for the grinders which is amazing itself plus the grinders are toasted...yum! I placed my order the phone since I had questions about their grinders (newbie here) and my food was ready when promised. The inside was clean and pretty spacious, but I didn't eat inside. Will definitely come back again!“

“This place is awesome , I ordered boneless wings with fries it was craving mouthwatering chicken wings . I specially drove from Aurora to Baby’s , Best chicken wings I have ever had no joke. They are juicy and made fresh, cooked to a perfect crisp, and the in house sauces are on point. Thanks state line in Dyer !We usually go to Schererville because they never mix up our order and its always awesome. But today we went to dyer because schererville is closed on tuesdays. The customer service was horrid, employees were so rude. They absolutely burnt our bread sticks. And then the lady working up front ran out and knocked on my car window stating i didnt have the right food and that she didnt give me the right bag. I had to physically show her everything in my bag was MY ORDER. this location is a disappointment. Never again.“

“My friend and her husband were visiting from North Carolina, and wanted to try deep dish pizza before they headed back. They were going to try one place, but it wasn't open at the time they wanted to eat lunch, so we went here instead. We each got the lunch deal that included a personal size pizza and a side. We chose the Parmesan and garlic fries for the side, and it was delicious! The pizza was good, my friends liked it, but we were blown away with the fries! Endless refills and the lunch had us waddling out of the restaurant. Our waitress was very friendly and on top of everything, we didn't need to ask for anything. I wish I could remember her name, but it was 5 days ago, and I just can't temember. But she was awesome and I only hope my friend tipped her well.“

I picked up my pizza through their drive-thru window. This was the only thing that I really didn't like about the service. Sometimes you need to go inside, which is what I'm accustomed to doing at the other pizza restaurants. So, that's four stars for service. “Great pizza in the true Midwest way. The deep dish with sausage and spinach and garlic is so flavorful and fresh. The crust is the best and holds up under all of those great toppings.
