“Geneva ale House, good food, good staff/service, great beer selections. An ever changing beer menu with a nice of local and standard beers. Go during lunch for a more 1 on 1 friendly atmosphere. They also have some hard liquor that you don't see at some of the other bars“

“First time dining here and we will definitely be back! The service was top notch! We were seated right away. I went to use the restroom real quick and by the time I got back, our drinks were already on the table! Food was delicious and Kyle our server was very personable and attentive! He was on top of everything! The owner also spent time getting to know us. We were given a round of drinks on the house and also offered dessert as well! “Not only have I loved Hawthornes from when I was a kid growing up in West Chicago! It was the PERFECT place to have my wedding. Lou, Heidi and Kelly did fantastic and helped make my dream come alive! Every question I had they answered and were able to accommodate so much! Heidi was in CONSTANT communication with me and was able to give advice and help me through the whole process. Her suggestions were so helpful and she helped during the ceremony and reception. I could not have done it without them. This place treats you like family and has amazing service! When my husband and I went to pick up our things the next morning we were planning on taking 2 trips and Lou let us borrow his truck that is how amazing and friendly they are! WE LOVE YOU HAWTHORNES! Thanks for making our wedding the best day of our lives(: not to mention EVERY guest couldn’t stop talking about how fun the venue was and there was something for everyone to do, wiffleball, volleyball, giant beer pong, bags, dancing, and more! Everyone was able to have fun the whole time!“

“Been going there for years. Good food. Good beer. However, was told no dogs allowed and had to bring mine home even though I see them all the time up there in the summer (outside) and there are 4 dogs outside now. I can see not allowing them in the wooden patio but on the grass? Then to pick and choose who can or can’t? Despite this, I would recommend and have.“

“When I used to live in West Chicago a couple of years ago, my fiancé now husband and I used to go there all the time and his Uncle Mike. I recommend this place 100%, the drinks are good, the bartenders are friendly, and the Viper Burger was our favorite. Alan is an awesome guy with a great sense of humor. The atmosphere is chill, welcoming and you'll have a great time. When I say to stop by The Bunker, I mean it lol 😃. Whenever we are in town again, we are definitely going to try stopping by. 😌✨“

“Great bar and great food. The wings are very good, wet or dry, there are a lot of options, I usually go with the Cajun dry rub.. Bingo is Wednesday night and a lot of fun, plus the wings are half off that day. Burgers are excellent. Jackie is fun and is always lively. Good people there too. And some slots if you’re into that.“

“I LOVE the Friday Fish Fry, but they’ve got enough menu options for everyone to enjoy a meal. The fresh fish, awesome wings, burgers, and rib-eye steak sandwich are all delicious. Pair any meal with the beer or drink of your choice, catch a game on one of their multiple TVs and you’ve got a nice evening! Be sure to say hey to Natalie and Archie, they’re two of the best bartenders you’ll meet.“

“I've visited here more than a few times and every single thing I've ordered has been truly delicious. The filet steak salad is my newest obsession, the portions are generous, most especially for what they charge. If you're a smoker, the outside bar is ideal because you can smoke to your heart's content while eating and drinking. All the bartenders are AWESOME and the bathrooms are quite nice. I've never been let down eating here!“

“We celebrated my fiancee's 30th surprise birthday at Bikini! They helped us set everything up perfectly for the surprise and we had a great time! Lots of fun for everyone with all the games and great pricing on drinks! We usually go for a night out and would definitely recommend Bikini for any party!“
