My wife and I went to Culver's on North Dirksen Parkway 2/26/23. That place needs a serious, professional deep cleaning! All around the fountain soda area it smells awful, probably haven't ever cleaned the fountains. There are trails of grease that lead out each doorway and all throughout the carpeted dining area. we will never go back. I complained to corporate and they never even responded. "Welcome to skank-licious"!
First Time ever eating at a Culver's. I will recommend it and hope to see them on the east coast soon... New Jersey.
Customer service was great. Shout out to all employees today. Keep up the great work.
