“I made a late night order tonight, and Quinton was working and went above and beyond to complete my order. He attempted to outreach me due to an issue with my order, unfortunately my number was not accurate. Upon arrival, he was worried I’d be unhappy with him but he and I had a nice conversation while he completed my order. The food was great and the customer service far surpassed my expectation. Good job hiring this young man!“

“Honestly the only McDonald’s that doesn’t take 20 mins for me to get food and it’s always fresh! I never have received cold fries. They are also always friendly. This is the only McDonald’s I go to now cause I’ve been burned by so many. Thank you so much for all your hard work in there!!“

The Service is where this Dairy Queen shines.
I LOVE that when I walk in with a smile, I am greeted with one from each of the 3 regular staff in return. I can tell they recognize me and welcome me as a return customer and that makes a difference. It just makes my day better.
Atmosphere: The building is wonky - food on one side, ice cream on the other. This is no complaint against the current owners. The building was built looong before they owned it and would be excessively expensive to revamp - so they make it work. 😁👍
Side note to be aware: Some people may be a bit frustrated with the language barrier, but this is no problem if you speak clearly, have patience, and basic human kindness. If you have hearing issues or trouble with speech, I would suggest ordering inside, as it is easier to communicate in person. Speaking from experience working fast food in the past - the headsets aren't always clear so it can be difficult to get orders correct without a language barrier - especially if your vehicle is loud or there is a lot of outside noise. I prefer to order inside or on the app. If you can't be patient, go elsewhere - the workers here don't deserve any disrespect.
Food: Of course, the food is great! I have never had a bad order. Your typical DQ comfort food.
Having a bad day? - ice cream makes it better.
Having a good day? - celebrate with ice cream.
Can't keep your eyes open at work? - I recommend a mocha moolatte for that punch of caffeine to get you through the work day.
Didn't pack your lunch & you're nearly broke? - the 2 for $5 deal is a win! Cheeseburger & Pretzel Sticks are my favorite!
Conclusion: Thank you for keeping me from being hangry at work. You all are so dedicated to providing your regular customers with excellent service. I appreciate that you took over this DQ and kept it going in Gillespie. Keep smiling! 😁 Happy tastes good!“

“My 12 inch was awesome, but very pricey. $18 for one is a little extreme, but it was good. Too bad my puppy found the other half when I got home... Was looking forward to that... Lol! Oh well.. meatballs and cheese never hurt anyone I don't think, not even for an adopted fur baby. ?“

“always have such a great experience with the employees here, and i LOVE that it's open 24 hours. every time i eat here the bread i get has gotten progressively more hard and stale. it doesnt really ruin the whole sandwich, but it's noticable. it's not an issue any of the store employees have, it's a corporate issue. it's never the employee's fault for the food they get shipped and told to serve, but maybe subway should do a better job of the way its packaging and storing the bread for transportation. overall good experience, i just wish the bread was soft!“
