“If you are ever looking for some of the BEST TACOS in the South Suburbs-Harvey to be EXACT.. you have to stop at Al Vapor Taqueria. These are the best Steak tacos...Everything is cooked fresh. The owner Lucia and her son Sebastian are so nice. You will not be disappointed. I wish I took a picture of the tacos..but Trust me they are FYEEEEEE! Another winner the have excellent salsas and fresh chips...and Cauliflower, carrots and peppers...LIKE I SAID..FYEEE!!!! TRY THEM OUT, thank me later.????“

“This place has amazing tacos de carnitas !!!! The meat was so tender and juicy. No fat on the tacos I had. It’s a 20 min drive from my house in Gary but man it’s worth the drive. I highly recommend. I had 2 tacos de carnitas 1 asada 1 apastor and 1 large agua de Jamaica. Total was $18“

“Man these Tacos and Tortas are the best. Every time I am in the South suburbs I come here to grab some. They are cash only so come with cash. The guy's been working here forever. They just recently repainted and remodeled just a little bit. The food is the same from years ago when I was coming here. I'm glad they're back open“

“We pass this place plenty of times, when we went for tacos around the corner of it. Decided to stop in to give it a try. This is our new taco place! Steak, Pastor, Cecina and chorizo tacos are delicious! Carnitas they sometimes have on Sunday are the bomb. Pozole is delicious. Can't forget the nachos w/steak louded, couldn't wait until I got home, munched on them the whole way home.“

“Wow, this place just brought back some fond memories. I was a teenager, just learning to drive and have a little independence. My siblings, cousins and maybe a friend or 2 would go bowling with us and when we finished bowling we would grab a bite to eat afterwards. It was the only place at that time and those tacos hit the spot then and they hit the spot now. Definitely want to try the jerk and the turkey tacos next.“

“I was at SSC for my son's graduation ceremony and was hungry, I tried to go to a birriera place down the block but they were closed. So I found this place and it exceeded my expectations. I was hoping for just some decent tacos but they were better than decent. Only problem now is, I live in Indiana, 30 minutes from here...so I'm gonna have to take a lil drive for these tacos again 😆! Carne asada, pastor and lengua tacos on homemade and regular corn tortillas were all delicious. The asada had a bit of a sweet flavor to it, I assume they might use oranges as a marinade idk, they were good either way.“

“Stopped in today for $1 wing Wednesday! To my surprise they offered real sides as well. I had 6 wings with Mac and cheese and yams. The wings were amazing, sides were as well. I also enjoyed a glass of wine while I waited! Will definitely be back.
P.S they said they have throw back Thursday. The prices will be lower on that day!!“

“where can I start let's say my man and I have date night there every Wednesday and we love it, fit us perfectly cause we both love to be laid back and have fun do it, we got to know most of the people there they all so welcome and sweet, can't forget the food omg the fish and chicken is anointed its so good and its like that every time we order, its good!
