I was not really sure what to do since there were no bags or boxes but the woman behind the counter was super friendly and helped "direct" me on what to do! I got EXCELLENT feedback on the baked goods I purchased and delivered and will definitely be back! The customer service was also excellent! Very friendly :)“
“Amazing little coffee shop in downtown Elgin. The vibes remind me of being in a small town! They make sure everything is perfection for you when ordering. The coffee packs a punch with good flavor which tells ya they are for-real. I’ll be back for another cup whenever I’m around town.“

“After two failed attempts, I eventually acquired the cinnamon square. I swear, when I placed my order using the kiosk machine, it appeared before me in a supernatural manner. I was amazed at how quickly it was ready. It was warm and moist as I bite into it. The texture and temperature were perfect, the icing was silky, and the dough was fluffy, but the flavor was weak, I didn't notice a strong cinnamon aroma.“
“We are so glad that we stopped by this hidden gem small family own business. Although the store display look kind of empty, what they have are very good. We had the BBQ pork bun (very good), 3 kind of Mille crepe cake (strawberry, rainbow and coffee, all are delicious), mini cookies (also delicious). We also had brown sugar bubble tea and taro sago coconut milk drink (soo good). If you order $30 or more, you get a free Mille crepe cake. Plus, the lady owner is very friendly. We are so happy to find this Asian bakery/dessert place in the Barrington area. We will come back for sure.“

“I work in sales and am always bringing my accounts different treats! I needed something for a couple of local accounts and found Sauer's. I have seen it several times but never stopped in. The selection was terrific and the prices were unbeatable! I got a French Flop for one account and a Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake for another. My boss got a text later in the day, from the account I gave the Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake to, asking where we got it from and how incredible it was! I will definitely be back (and hopefully get myself something soon!)!!“
“Elder and Oat provided donuts and coffee for dessert at our wedding at the BRIX and the spread of donuts were not only so beautiful but so delicious! We had no leftovers with even ordering enough for the size of our wedding because people couldn’t get enough! We highly recommend using them as your dessert vendor for your wedding!“
“The Best Bakery in the North West suburbs of Chicago. I lived in the area for over 31years before moving to AZ. We have been in Arizona for almost six years and I have been searching for a bakery that comes close to Peterson's. I have not found one yet. The bakeries that I have found in Arizona don't have danish sweet rolls. They don't have the same fillings. The Swedish flops are a special treat. Peterson's was a regular stop on my way home from church. If you enjoy fresh bakery goods and are in the Hoffman Estates area you should try them. They are on W Algonquin Road in Hoffman Estates. I hope they will ship to AZ.“

“If I can give this bakery 10 stars I would. We ordered two birthday cakes/pastries here for my daughter's birthday. My sister in law loves ordering here for her party and that was when I tried their cakes and oh my goodness, It was one of the best cake I have ever had. Its a little pricey but Its so worth it. My whole family enjoyed it when I served the cake for my daughter's birthday. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this bakery for quality and taste.“
“I'm not 100% sold on this yet. Don't get me wrong, the cookies are amazing. They had a carrot cake cookie that I would say ok for $5 but their regular size cookies for that same price is where I'm not totally sold. Don't get me wrong, they taste really good. I will definitely try them again, but only for their bigger cookies. The strawberry pretzel was my favorite. The carrot cake with a bit more nuts would be awesome, and I'm one of those that wants raisins with carrot cake. My only negative once again is $5 for a regular sized cookie that is delicious.FYI, there are 2 touchscreens on the counter. That is where you order. They were backwards when we went in and there was absolutely no way of knowing until they finally assisted us. So if they are backwards, flip them around and order.“

The coolers are stocked with every cream cheese flavor you could want. There are plenty of tables for dine in, and the counter service turns out orders quickly. They don't do the bagel twists some locations make, but they have a couple of "bagel bone" options for your dog.“
“I went today and the experience was seriously wonderful. You can see into the back area and what do you see? Just huge bags and bags of different flours, and mixers, and ovens! It's a real for real bakery making stuff fresh and amazing from scratch, not just baking what they get in from corporate. I got two loaves of sourdough from actual sourdough starter, chocolate banana bread, and other assorted treats. Everything was phenomenal! Highly recommend!“

“I was looking up a place to get a tiny cake that my dog can eat for her birthday and found that Smallcakes makes individual mini "pupcakes" -- so adorable. They are carrot cake mini cupcakes with peanut butter frosting and a tiny dog bone biscuit on top. They come in separate containers with lids. I preordered and paid online the day before. They were very friendly at the store and I was in and out fast. I will come back again for these pupcakes.“

The staff is so very friendly, compassionate, helpful, and fast. They DEFINITELY deserve some tips after the crowds today so I gave up a $10 willingly ( ALWAYS LEAVE A TIP FOR STAFF AND MAKE THEIR LIFE A LITTLE EASIER WITH A LIVING WAGE ;) ). I spent about $99 on two boxes of impressive and pretty pastries, a tray of cookies, and a chocolate egg. No doubt we will be long time customers. Also, note to self: order the big tray of pizza.“

Couldn't tell you the proper names, but the vegetables with bitter melon, the pork one, and the squid one was very good. Also got some baked goods. Parking was limited.“

The Schaumburg people, took it upon themselves to deliver the cookies to her home after work without even telling me. What great service and special attention!
