“I went through the drive thru on 12/9/25 to get a large coffee. It was refreshing how friendly Ammaar was. He treated me like a person not just someone to get rid of. The Dunkin that’s in my neighborhood is not welcoming or pleasant. Quite different than the Sutton Rd location. Keep up the awesome work!“

“I visit this donut place weekly, and let’s just say my walking/ running is affected by it. Every trip starts with “just one donut” and ends with a box that needs two hands. The donuts are dangerously soft, sweet and definitely not pretending to be the same as a celery stick. If fitness trainers ever ask why progress is slow, I’ll just point here and smile!“

Also got an iced Dubai mocha. Omg it's so good. My friend got the iced matcha and it's one of the better ones I've had. “I was super impressed with the speed of service through the drive thru this morning. I thought I was going to be sitting waiting for awhile & they took less than 30 seconds for every car! I was in and out faster than it took me to get to the drive thru entrance. Fresh donut and great coffee.“

“I have visited this location a few times and have had amazing service. I decided to write a review and was very surprised by some of other people’s comments. My experiences here have been the best in a long time. The inside is clean and well organized and the staff works really hard to take care of all their customers. There is definitely a language barrier but with patience and kindness the service is unmatched. This will be my go-to location going forward.“

“The store is managed by a couple of individuals who handle all aspects of the business, from taking orders to packaging and prepping the food.

Everything felt just right up until we ordered a pack of donuts. One of the employees began packing donuts in a haphazard manner, stacking multiple donuts into a single box, they could hardly fit into the box— quite clumsy and unhygienic!

With that said, the cappuccino we ordered was prepped sooner than we knew it and tasted great.

“I think Dunkin' coffee shops are just okay. I prefer small business coffee shops because they are owned by families and small business owners. 3 dollars for a medium coffee is a lot of money to support this coperate business. I try to avoid them, but like McDonald's. They are everywhere.“

“If I had a negative marking they deserve that. The employees do not know how to avail a deal from DD app. I was not able to use my promo deal and the employee had no idea about it. The company should train their workers to use the app before asking customers to download it. Failure of the training.“
