“Good food and good service. My three pictures I included are of the Beef Shish Kebab, jalapeño poppers, and the side salad served to begin the meal. Besides the beef, which was excellent, the plate has the rice (saffron probably?) which was very tasty and the parsley and onion salad with some seasoning on it. Not sure what it was but it was very good. Two sauces came with the meal, a very hot red sauce and a garlic white sauce. Used that white sauce on some of the meat but it also pairs very nicely with the pita bread that comes with the meal. The poppers were also quite good (and there were several more; we ate a bunch before I thought to take a picture). Not overly hot but just right. There was enough food to fill you up and it was reasonably priced. They do have a credit card surcharge of 3% so you may want to pay cash if you have it with you. The restaurant is clean and neat, and nothing fancy, but the food and an attentive cashiers/order taker/server/everything person made the meal go great. I don't live too near here and found it almost by accident since it just happened to be near where I was. I would make the trip to come back.“

“It has a vibe of mom and pop restaurant. Service is good but the restaurant can use a bit of face-lift inside. Food tastes good but like the other reviews, some care needs to taken. When we went there were few other guests who seemed to enjoy the food. Our server made sure we got good service.“

“Food was great as usual. We had a short wait even with a reservation, but not too long. The staff is so friendly, welcoming & efficient. We brought friends that had never been and they already want to go back. It can be a little crowded but definitely worth it.“

“This is genuinely one of my favorite Mediterranean places. tastes exactly like the food I ate back home as a kid. I will say that the mixed kebab plate did not have enough rice at all! Especially for the price! But the food is amazing and I will definitely keep coming and recommend to other people. Please reconsider the rice portion“

“This place deserves a 5 star rating, not 4.5. I've never had falafel as crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside! It literally rocked my world! It's like, zip lining in Costa Rica is the best of the best, can't do it anywhere else again. This place has the, literal, best falafel I've ever had in my life and I will never find a place that makes it better. The beef shwarma was incredible! The pita bread is homemade and also way exceeded my expectations! Seriously, my boyfriend is from Saudi Arabia and he brought me here because he said the food was good. I had no idea how good!“

“At first when I walk in there's no music playing and it's eerie. The atmosphere seems a bit sad. When he brought us the food that's where the focused changed. The food was good, just wished it would have been a bit hotter but there was flavor in the food. It kept us busy. He seemed to be friendly and kind with everyone he met. I am assuming he is the owner or some sort of management. I would recommend it for eating out but if you are looking to eat in maybe not a good idea if atmosphere matters to you.“

“First things first... they have moved from the gas station location to about a couple of blocks south. They share the place with Big Skillet Pancake House. ( picture posted) . Their food is still the same. However, the service has considerably changed for the better. The place is obviously bigger ( than the gas station location). I'm not sure if I like the idea of sharing the place with a pancake house. All said and done they do deserve ****“

“This place used to be very good back in 2018-2020. I have seen many management changing which affected the taste over a period, however recent management is good. But the prices are very high and competing with other restaurants provided that there is no dine-in at Falafil Hut. It used to be my goto place once.“

“This place was great. The food was phenomenal and the service was fantastic. I made my own bowl and they walk me through all my choices. I made my own bowl with harissa chicken and falafel and it was super delish. I tried their Turkish brownie and was super. “If you’re looking for authentic, home cooked Chicago food Brandy’s is your place!! I love that it’s family owned and the food never disappoints. I’ve lived in the Chicagoland area my whole life and I’ve never had a better Maxwell Polish than the one at Brandy’s. The spicy feta gyros are another must try when visiting. The staff is always friendly and they have very fast service, even with their crazy huge menu! Anytime I visit family in Hanover park I make sure to get Brandy’s at least once a trip. Such a gem!“

“The place isn't too big, they have some pretty good Gyros, their fried options are average. Client service is good never average and below, I called to make an order for a pick up and they were generous with the time saying it'll be ready in 18 minutes but by the feel of the food and how warm it was I say they only needed 10 to 12 minutes to get my order ready to go.Their Gyro isn't crispy or dry like some places, its even slightly juicy. This is the place I buy my gyros at when I get the craving, there's rarely anything better.“

“Visited here 3 times this year for the iftar buffet. It's was a very good experience all 3 times, mashallah. But I was a little disappointed in my 3rd visit. There were no vegetarian options in your buffet menu. I had a person with me who was a vegetarian and could not eat anything except your raita with fried rice. I would like to request the management to please have a couple of vegetarian options available in your buffet daily. Apart from that pleasant atmosphere friendly staff.“

“The fries are the best! Thick and crispy? the window workers at the drive through are super polite. The baklava seemed like it had a strange texture but maybe it was just me? THE SODAS ARE FRESH HERE I've been to too many fast food places that don't put enough syrup in their soda machines so the sodas taste like bland carbonated water or are way too watery.“

“This place is a real gem! I love trying new cultural cuisines, and so am always excited to try a variety of stuff I've never had before! My favorite dish from them is bar none the Mandi Lamb dish. The meat is so savory and flavorful with the spices and the meat itself is so tender you can literally cut off the bone with a spoon! Prices are good too and they are open fairly late as far as restaurants typically go, so that's a plus for anyone hungry for a midnight snack!“
