“This place is the coolest bar I have been to in a long time, hip and fun but not pretentious. They paid attention to every detail when building and designing. The white marbel bar has clean lines and looks fresh. All of the hardware finishes look sharp and clean. The patio is large and inviting with a fire place and plenty of tables to sit at. The drink menu is creative and refreshing and the staff is kind and welcoming. I cannot say enough good things about this gem of a bar. The low lighting created a nice intimate atmosphere, great space for groups of 2-4 I’d say. Music was just slightly louder than I’d like for a conversation for a bigger group, but loved their playlist here.

El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Shoutout to Tommy — well-versed, welcoming, and truly dialed in on his cocktail craft. This guy knows his stuff and takes great care of you from the moment you sit down. If you stop by, definitely tell him I sent you.

The cocktails are thoughtfully made, balanced, and clearly handled by someone who respects the art behind them. This is the kind of bar you come to when you want quality, not just a drink.

I’ll absolutely be back here often and will gladly recommend Revolver whenever I can. Bonus points for the daily happy hour from 5:00–6:30 PM — honestly a no-brainer.

“I had such a great experience dining in one of the heated igloos at Kennedy Rooftop. The igloo was warm, cozy, and the skyline views made it the perfect winter night out. We ordered the Sliders, Buffalo Chicken Dip, and the Mushroom Pesto Flatbread with smoked gouda, pesto, and truffle oil. The service was so friendly and attentive throughout, and there is even a speaker in the igloos you can connect to! Overall, a really fun and festive winter dining experience in Chicago for a date or a group outing. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy seasonal spot with great views.“

The frozen el arenal was seriously dangerous in how delicious it was, I can’t recommend it enough. The atmosphere was beautiful and the music was perfect. The breakfast sandwich (without bacon, with confit mushrooms) was amazing, as was the lamb sausage sandwich. The potatoes are a must-try with the giardinera aioli. Also loved their Winter in Japan drink and Vanilla Maple Iced Latte. Their cinnamon bun is also really good — has orange zest in it which makes it stand out. And SUCH a nice space — very green.
