Although the coffee is fantastic and I honestly can't get over hearing "scoot around" every time I'm there, that's not the reason we frequent this location. From the above and beyond customer service, to the simple smile and hello how is your day, not to mention the lovins and spoiling my dogs get every morning. “I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALDS BUT THIS SITE WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO GO FURTHER IF I SELECTED "I DO NOT RECOMMEND". THE MGT TEAM IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRAINED. THEY HAVE NO PEOPLE SKILLS AND ONE MGR, DUSTIN, WAS CLEARLY HEARD USING THE "N" WORD. UNFORTUNETLY, HE'S STILL AN EMPLOYEE THERE. I DO INTEND TO LOOK INTO HIM BEING REMOVED FROM THEIR EMPLOY. SOMETIMES WHEN YOU USE DRIVE THRU AND GET TO THE PU WINDOW, ALL YOU HEAR IS LOUD VULGAR CURSING. THIS RESTAURANT NEEDS A COMPLETE OVERHAUL WITH TRAINED MGR'S AND RESPECTFUL WORKERS.“

“I absolutely LOVE BBM! I have started coming to the Edwardsville location about a month or so ago. Purchased probably like 30-40 meals so far which have all been delish and not to mention very filling! I love that the meals can last up to two weeks in the fridge and can even be frozen, which elimates soooo much waste when meal prepping myself or purchasing elsewhere. I have sent a few friends your way with nothing but compliments from them as well. If you are on the fence, highly suggest popping in!“

“My first time in, and I had the seasonal flight (wildflower, iced with almond milk) with a lemon raspberry scone. Everything was delicious! I hope the cherry blossom matcha stays on the menu for a little while, because that was my favorite! The coffee shop is adorable and service was great.“

“I finally stopped by for the first time after driving by every day since they started in Freeburg! I have to say I was nervous to try something new. It is hands down the best coffee I’ve ever had.
