“I just moved here in January and have been looking for a go to icecream spot and I think I found the one! The customer service is always great, the storefront is clean and tidy, lots of options, and PLENTY!! of seating and space for families with little! I love it here! My favorite icecream in the world is dark chocolate and it seems to not be very common in most places I go to but thankfully Crepes and Cones has it! Lately with the nice weather the store has been packed and busy but I just call ahead to place an order to beat the line. There's only ever 2 or 3 people depending on the time working so just keep in mind they're busy! I've never had to wait too long though, they're relatively fast. Keep up the good work guys I love coming here for my sweet treat at the end of the day!!Parking: Right in front of the building is about 10 parking spots due to being on the corner and on a road leading to houses (rarely busy) but there is also free parking spots across from it with the food truck areaKid-friendliness: Trinkets to look at while waiting for your order, plenty of seating, and even family games to play with! The place is far away enough from the busy street so if you have a runner you'll have some time to catch them ;)Wheelchair accessibility: One big ramp for going inside, although I'm not sure if the door frame is wide enough for a wheel chair. However, if the weather is nice there is a large, level sitting area“

“I ordered on the app for curbside pick up. I got there and informed them of my arrival, but even though I described my vehicle, no one came out for at least 20 minutes. So I had to Google the phone number to call. They said that they couldn’t find me even though I was parked right in front of the store. I never even saw anyone come out with my order. The cookies are so damn delicious though!“

“I absolutely love this place. I'm sitting here today seeing a team of people ranging in age but all working their butts off equally. I forgot to mention this is all happening while at the same time they are all equally polite and welcoming as they are hard working. You can just tell these are good people. “A local, fun, seasonal, ice cream shop. They mix it up with specials and have a very complete menu. What they call a 'mini' I would call a small or maybe even medium, so be wise in your size selection. I don't know that I've ever got the same thing twice, and I've never been disappointed. I love a good BLT and this instantly became a favorite! my daughter got the chicken tenders and couldn't even eat them all! they are decent size portions! “We live nearby so we're pretty frequent regulars. During the height of the summer I bet we stop by for a quick treat as we walk our dogs at least twice a week. (Probably a whole lot more to be honest. ) My favorites are the strawberry shortcake parfait, or the peanut butter brownie. My husband loves the muddy buddy peanut butter and chocolate concrete. The cookies are warm and freshly baked. Theres always new flavors to try. I've never had anything that wasn't wonderful. Plus this establishment really enhances our downtown area. Taking an unused space and turning it into something fun for the community. Always hosting fun events for families. What a gem in Collinsville.“

“The best speciality ice cream and crepe. We drove all the way from st louis, west county to visit this place after we got recommendations from friends. People here are extremely nice. Reem and Amina welcomed us with a big smile. The place is clean and well decorated. The most important is the quality of ice cream we got. The pistachio is fantastic, and the nutella pistachio crepe is excellent as well. We will definitely come back with other friends.“

“Their ice cream is pretty good, but it’s annoying that at this point in time they only accept cash. I run two businesses and it wouldn’t cost them that much to at least accept debit cards. You’re talking pennies an order. Even as a person that runs a business, I rarely have cash. It’s just disappointing to have to pass the place up so much. “Tasty ice cream and friendly staff. However, During Covid pick up window only service takes forever! I’ve honestly never seen it take so long to make an ice cream. Old school home town ice cream shop. But cash only in this day and age is very inconvenient.“

“The funnel cake is fried too hard! It should be crispy but still have a somewhat soft texture to it throughout in my opinion. I love the fried pork tenderloin sandwich. My only complaint is with the condiments added the bottom bun/bread becomes soaking wet, unfortunately. The last time I went I received lettuce that had started to turn brown which was not okay to me. More attention to quality control.“

“Food taste is great, would definitely recommend it. We've been there twice and plan to go again. Having said that, the service is good, don't expect them to go above and beyond for you, they can get kind of grumpy if you don't make a decision fast (even if there's no line). Kind of pricey for just a snack type food, and prices are not posted anywhere so they could just tell you whatever price. And.......they only take cash, so stop by an ATM and be prepared.“

“Atmosphere is unrated due to being a tiny building and some parking spaces and tables (it's more of a drive-thru establishment than anything else). They don't have an expansive selection of flavors, but what they do have is good, and not expensive. I'm partial to the grasshopper concrete.“
