“So we came in at 2pm. They took our order food came quickly. We told the girl behind the counter the tables were dirty she came out immediately with another person and both cleaned the entire place. Tables, floors, walls they cleaned everything. I made sure to pull the girl aside and tell her thank you for acting so quickly. Great food and people. The only BK we will go to and we live on the opposite side of Edwardsville where there are 2 other locations closer to me.“

“It's McDonald's, sure it has flaws but this is the nicest McDonald's in the area. I drive past closer ones to my house to come here and let my kids play on the. play place.
The only real complaint I have is make sure you follow up if you order food via the app. I ordered some ice cream for table service and waited a while, I looked up and my ice cream was partially melting on the counter at the front of the restaurant. They just never brought it to me. Minor complaint because kids still ate it.“

“We got a four and six piece chicken tender basket. We had to wait a very long time for our food which we thought that meant it would be super fresh. Nope! Fries were old and the chicken tenders were overcooked in what tasted like old oil. The toast and ranch were yummy. Best part was the staff. The three ladies we encountered smiled and were very kind and friendly.“

“My boys and I decided to eat here after their volleyball game last night. They were somewhat busy. The young man at the counter was so nice and professional despite some rude people. He even made conversation while we were waiting. Another lady behind the counter was nice enough to get part of our order that was ready out to us so my kids could eat while we waited for the rest. Despite how busy they were, they all maintained a smile and calm atmosphere. The wait time was definitely worth it and their patience was astonishing! Keep up the great work!“

“I can't say enough about this restaurant, and especially the manager, Jamie. I am traveling and placed an Uber Eats order with this restaurant. After a two hour debacle with Uber Eats, which ended in the driver stealing my food, and Uber Eats canceling my order, I finally called the restaurant to find out what actually happened. That's when I first talked to Jamie. She took the time to go listen to my story, and then go through everything that happened on their end. She even tried to contact Uber Eats, to find a way to fix the situation. She called me back several times, as she promised. While she wasn't able to help me get any satisfaction out of Uber Eats, she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I wish I found more people with her work ethic and desire to help, during my travels. Thanks Jamie!“

“The first time we ordered, we were disappointed with our food. However, they reached out right away, apologized, and gave us a discount for our next visit. We decided to try them again tonight, and everything was great. The food was cooked perfectly, the staff was nice, and my kids got to play a board game. If you had a less than stellar first experience with them, I would suggest giving them another try.“

“Our family just had an amazing restaurant experience at Red Robin in Edwardsville! Our son has Down syndrome and being in public places causes him a lot of anxiety. We haven’t been to a restaurant as a family in many years because the stress for him and everyone around him was just too much. On arrival the hostess was so accommodating! She let my husband look at the table options to see what would work best for our son. She worried about skipping over us on the wait list even though we were clear that we were totally fine with waiting for the table that worked best. The manager asked a server to take on an extra table so that we wouldn’t have to wait longer. Our server, Mason, was so kind to take on an extra table for us. Mason is an excellent server. He was very friendly with our boys, kept our drinks full, and brought our food and drinks very quickly. Our meals were delivered quick and delicious. Thank you Red Robin for giving us an awesome experience!“

“My two grandchildren and I were getting hungry - they saw the Freddy's sign and we stopped in. The people who waited on us were very good - they helped us all order what we were looking for - and it was delicious. We ate in the restaurant and was very pleased with all who work there. Thank you - great memories for all of us.“
