“So we came in at 2pm. They took our order food came quickly. We told the girl behind the counter the tables were dirty she came out immediately with another person and both cleaned the entire place. Tables, floors, walls they cleaned everything. I made sure to pull the girl aside and tell her thank you for acting so quickly. Great food and people. The only BK we will go to and we live on the opposite side of Edwardsville where there are 2 other locations closer to me.“

“As with any mcdonalds, orders can be wrong, or food can be substandard. With my order, I ordered both nuggets and strips. The nuggets were fresh and of good quality (for mcdonalds), the strips were not. Overcooked, extra oily, dry chicken, and only flavor was of old fryer oil. When brought up to the cashier, he got the lead/supervisor/manager (someone with the power to handle the problem), and she was immediately apologizing and after replacing with the same items, or substituting. Because of this, I decided on substituting for another cheaper (by about 30 cents) item, and she got it out to me extremely quickly. Overall, for the things I their control, 10/10 service, just some quality issues from cooking.“

“Better than most highway fast food. It was served hot, fast and with a smile. If we hadn't been in a hurry, we would have stayed for a frozen treat as well. We will likely make this our new stop there rather than Arby's, who could learn a thing or two about food service from this DW.“

“My boys and I decided to eat here after their volleyball game last night. They were somewhat busy. The young man at the counter was so nice and professional despite some rude people. He even made conversation while we were waiting. Another lady behind the counter was nice enough to get part of our order that was ready out to us so my kids could eat while we waited for the rest. Despite how busy they were, they all maintained a smile and calm atmosphere. The wait time was definitely worth it and their patience was astonishing! Keep up the great work!“

“I went to Red Robin last night and I was not impressed. It's usually rather expensive but at least the food is good. I waited a while and my burger was room temperature. I got the last of the bag fries. Just little pieces of crunchy nothings. Which I would have just eaten anyway. But the big problem was everything was salty. My burger and my fries. Salty to the point that I couldn't eat it. I just bagged it up and took it home for the dog. I didn't season it at all. I'm not sure why they would be putting so much seasoning on their food. especially salt. it's rather annoying when you're paying almost $20 for a burger and you can't eat it. I didn't complain nor ask for my money back but now I wish I would have. I usually don't have a problem with them. Today was a really bad day though.“

“The first time we ordered, we were disappointed with our food. However, they reached out right away, apologized, and gave us a discount for our next visit. We decided to try them again tonight, and everything was great. The food was cooked perfectly, the staff was nice, and my kids got to play a board game. If you had a less than stellar first experience with them, I would suggest giving them another try.“

“I don't know her name, but the female manager is AWESOME!! She made sure to greet everyone as they entered. I talked to her for a bit because she was so helpful & personable that I had to tell her how she really made the experience. I was impressed with her leadership, as well as hospitality skills. I'll be going back.“

“Our family just had an amazing restaurant experience at Red Robin in Edwardsville! Our son has Down syndrome and being in public places causes him a lot of anxiety. We haven’t been to a restaurant as a family in many years because the stress for him and everyone around him was just too much. On arrival the hostess was so accommodating! She let my husband look at the table options to see what would work best for our son. She worried about skipping over us on the wait list even though we were clear that we were totally fine with waiting for the table that worked best. The manager asked a server to take on an extra table so that we wouldn’t have to wait longer. Our server, Mason, was so kind to take on an extra table for us. Mason is an excellent server. He was very friendly with our boys, kept our drinks full, and brought our food and drinks very quickly. Our meals were delivered quick and delicious. Thank you Red Robin for giving us an awesome experience!“

“Let's start with the food, when we went it was early afternoon when most places haven't finished cooking today's food and you get leftovers warmed up in a microwave, NOT HERE! Wife got the wings, I got a 2 meat platter with pulled pork and grilled shrimp. Both of us were impressed, the food was outstanding and the staff was top notch! Very friendly and the place had more than enough room for my wife's power wheelchair to maneuver comfortably. We will be back!“
