Had a great experience at Taco Bell! The food was delicious, and the service was absolutely amazing. A special shoutout to “Rebecca”, who attended us. She was incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful. Since we’re vegetarians, she went out of her way to check if we needed any help with the order and made sure we had no trouble choosing the right items.
Really appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, Rebecca, and the Taco Bell team!“

“Great Place to eat when you travel from Louisiana“

“As with any mcdonalds, orders can be wrong, or food can be substandard. With my order, I ordered both nuggets and strips. The nuggets were fresh and of good quality (for mcdonalds), the strips were not. Overcooked, extra oily, dry chicken, and only flavor was of old fryer oil. When brought up to the cashier, he got the lead/supervisor/manager (someone with the power to handle the problem), and she was immediately apologizing and after replacing with the same items, or substituting. Because of this, I decided on substituting for another cheaper (by about 30 cents) item, and she got it out to me extremely quickly. Overall, for the things I their control, 10/10 service, just some quality issues from cooking.“

“So we came in at 2pm. They took our order food came quickly. We told the girl behind the counter the tables were dirty she came out immediately with another person and both cleaned the entire place. Tables, floors, walls they cleaned everything. I made sure to pull the girl aside and tell her thank you for acting so quickly. Great food and people. The only BK we will go to and we live on the opposite side of Edwardsville where there are 2 other locations closer to me.“
