“People were pleasant and greeted us when we first arrived. Sandwich was made our way and correct. Sandwich had lots of meat and veggies, making it very tasty. Would recommend, plus the place is clean with seating for small and large groups.“

Not a huge detail, just a little scattered and not real busy. Place is tiny and parking lot is right, hence the 3 for atmosphere. Layout is weird and hard for people to que up and order.“

My favorites are the meatball sub, sub on a club no mayo or mustard add ranch, and the hook and ladder. “Charley's is the best option in the foodcourt , but also it’s a really good meal. The cheesesteaks are fresh and tasty and gotta love the pickle on top. The service is also very quick and friendly. They have different specials each day so it’s quite busy during lunch but service is quick and it’s a really good sandwich. I will be back“

“I was in a week or so ago with my family and we are still talking about how good it was. Josh took our order and he was so kind and polite and personable. It was one of the best outings we've had all around in a while. the cooks did a great job the food was amazing, and Josh was geeat. Great team!!“

“I give this location a 5 star rating, The restaurant was very clean, the two gentlemen that waited on me had great teamwork and were very friendly. The food was great and the helpings of meat and toppings I felt were generous portions. Another plus for me was that the equipment in the store was well cared for. Also they asked me if I had any coupons which was a plus for me because at some different locations I felt that the use of coupons were frowned upon.
I will be continuing to use this as my main go to local location for future. Thank you to the team working and operating this location.“

He was attentive to not only my Husband and myself, but he graciously attended to other families that were dining in the place. Our salads were delicious with fresh greens and season fruits. The Arnold Palmer was mixed just right and I will return and recommend dining in to friends and family in the area.“

“I went through the drive thru at this location, it was freaky fast, freaky good just like the commercial says. I got a roast beef with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. A pickle quarter cut. The price was good, and I had earned a free side so the giant dill pickle was FREE!! Even better. The store was spotless clean the staff was polite and friendly. It was a fabulous experience.“

“Based on my experience, the Panera staff in Edwardsville always delivers exceptional service and high quality food and drinks within a clean and safe setting. I’ve observed it can be a challenge to maintain responsive and high quality service, within a clean environment given changing customer demands, their nuanced food preferences, unwillingness to cleanup after themselves, and customers just having a bad day, along with normal staffing and supply change challenges. That’s normal for the fast-paced, casual dining business But I’ve always observed the Panera team here consistently demonstrate professionalism, patience, and respect for all, the customer and their staff, while still maintaining healthy boundaries for those rare difficult situations.
