You can’t understand them. Learn to talk English please. Not everyone know Spanish Which I would love to learn . Have to work on that.“

The customer service was excellent, especially from an employee named Jasu. Jasu was very friendly, helpful, and made sure my order was right. “I come here all the time and the store is very clean compared to a lot of Chicago subway stores. Sheetal is a hard worker and a people person and you will see her if you come here. She's working here everyday. No flies in the store compared to a lot of Chicago subway stores. Sheetal really took my breath away.“

“I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)

“First of all, the staff at this particular location need a raise, Because they actually understand customer service. I went to Subway and had no clue what I wanted to eat, And yet the staff was patient with me did not rush me can allow me to customize my sandwich. The way I wanted to. They had the footlong cookie too, which I wanted to try however, After the cookie went into the oven, I was expecting it to have a crispy exterior like a cookie, but it did not, it felt almost like a footlong piece of cake. Which was the only bad thing about it...“

“Everything about this place is great! The food, and service is top notch. The atmosphere is what you would expect for a take out dine in restaurant. I ordered the California Turkey club wrap. Generous amount of ingredients and very fresh. Highly recommend trying from the wide assortment menus!“

“Under normal circumstances, this location does a great job with the food and service. Please consider that customers should not be allowed to enter the store during standard lunch time and place an order for ten sandwiches. Large and/or catered orders should be forced to order ahead or on an app. The customer that was allowed to order ten sandwiches backed up the store line. He caused an additional twenty minute wait. Three people either walked in the store and immediately walked out or they were in line and left without ordering.“

“This was my first visit to Charlie’s cheesesteaks restaurant. Didn’t know what to order so I ordered a hoagie sandwich mixed with different lunch meats and a Philly steak and cheese. It was delicious. I ate half of one and half of the other. I will be back for more.“

“I Returned to this location in January after many years of avoiding this place. I’m so glad that I did. The crew here are all very friendly, and the food is always fresh. I’ve lost over 40 pounds eating here 3 or 4 times a week, definitely recommend the rotisserie chicken. Overall, this has become my go-to subway, the app is the only way to go for the deals and the orders are always correct!“

“Very good. Was a couple ahead of me getting serviced and another worker quickly waited on me. I had two 6inches. One veggie and one steak. Was very nice of them to ask if I wanted their gloves changed out before preparing the veggie after making the steak (keep from cross contamination). Everything tasted fresh and they was nice. My fav subway in the area out of 3 possible locations. It also helps that they stay open a little longer then the others.“

“I don't get take out often since I don't live in town, but when I'm at work and want to live it up I always go for JJs. They have the best vegetarian sandwich and always deliver quickly. They also pay attention to my customizations. So many other locations just leave the lettuce on when I ask for no lettuce. This location always gets it right.“

“If you go in there the casher in there is a big guy really nice and respectful his name is Kyierre (had to look at my receipt) but he is really nice and I know one time I was sitting in there his manager was yelling at him she was a bigger lady with red hair. “Not sure why this place has bad reviews. I had a great experience here. I ordered a 30 pack of sandwiches with some unique requests of unwiches, veggie wrapped separately, with only a couple hour notice. Person who took the order was professional and confirmed everything before hanging up. Showed up right when sandwiches were supposed to be ready, and they were. Everything was prepared and wrapped correctly. Person who rang me up was professional, and sandwiches weee great.“
