“Haven't had Denny's in about 10yrs+ and gosh, has the menu expanded. Was around the area and popped in as there were no other breakfast diners open at 6AM. Pictured here is their Multi-Grain Grand Slam - my choice: eggs overeasy, pork sausage and bacon, which comes with crispy and delicious hashbrowns, and the pancakes were excellent in flavor and texture.“
“Absolutely wonderful!!! It was 10:30 on Thursday place was packed like it was Sunday after church. Tonya our waitress was on point. We had 4 people so we split up on 2 tables. The pancakes awesome! The biscuits and gravy best ever. I could have eaten just gravy. It was that good!!“

“My favorite diner in Waukegan. In full honesty, I love the small hole-in-the-wall aesthetic. Some may find it cramped, but I think it's cozy. I love sitting at the bar, drinking the coffee, watching the cook do their thing. Menu is good. Staff is kind.“

“I had a taste for a burger and ordered the double cheese with American instead of ordering breakfast. Best damn burger I had in years, blown away! This was real beef and a big portion that was perfectly cooked and charred. It even looked like a burger commercial when it arrived at the table. If I owned the store, I would promote the burgers with catchy signs near the street. Best damn burger in town guaranteed!“
