“I absolutely love More Brewing! This location is awesome. Always excellent service and good vibes. I prefer to sit at the bar and we're always treated very well by the staff. I'm in love with their beers! There isn't a beer I tried that I haven't liked. Then again, I'm not picky when it comes to good beer. I really enjoy fruity sours and they have some incredibly good ones. Their variety of beers in general makes coming here worth it every time. Their beer flights are reasonable and the way to go. You get 4 beers in 5oz glasses and they'll have you feeling pretty good. Their food is way better than I expected. First time I came here with a friend, we were both happy with the menu options and food quality. Better than the food menu at Bartlett (never been to their Huntley location). We both ordered the quesabirria tacos and they were delicious!! Tonight, I came here with my boyfriend and ordered the pork belly tacos. They were really good. Had some of their fries too and they're crunchy and perfect. I look forward to returning again and again. I plan on buying some of their 4 packs of beer next time as well.“
“This place is really nice and chill. Plenty of options on tap & even a few non alcoholic beers too! I met a friend there for free trivia! We had a blast. The bartender was sociable and checked on us multiple times. It's nice to not have to track down a server or bartender. Ask for Taylor if you visit and you'll have the best experience.“
“Nice, very tiny place. Good beer. Seating is not the most comfortable, lots of backless bar stools and small tables. Within the location is a business where they press cremated ashes into diamonds. Fine. But then brewery stuff is stored in the dead people processing partitioned space. I don't get it.“
“I recently discovered this place about a month ago, I love that they offer a variety of brews as many times you'll find that a brewery will focus on or put an emphasis on one particular style, but here there is just about something for everyone. The inside is very spacious with a large bar seating area as well as many tables. Regarding food options, I haven't tried anything yet, but I know that they have paired with the restaurant next door and the menu options look great. I love a good porter so my new favorite beer so far has to be the Dirt Mouth Porter, it's amazing. I look forward to becoming a regular“
“Great Brewery located at a major intersection in Carol Stream. Taproom manager was very friendly and gave a quick history of how 206 Brewing got its name. They have various 206 brewed beer types to choose from depending on the season as well as other local beers on tap. The 206 honey brown ale was the best beer from the flight of beers I selected. Would definitely hang out here again.“
“We ate at Phase Three today at the recommendation of my doctor. And it did NOT disappoint. We even got a complimentary meal from the Executive Chef so he didn’t waste the plate after taking pictures of his new special. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. There were so many flavors and they all blended so dang well. They even had some unique beer option that we brought home. If your down in the Chicago area or willing to make the trip, it’s definitely worth it“
“I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Kalee's service, and I was incredibly impressed!Kalee was friendly, professional and , attentive .Kalee knowledge about micro beer ? was particularly helpful.Overall, Kalee's service was exceptional. She made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.“
“I frequented over 67 breweries in Illinois and there is a man named Alex who is the head brewer and has amazing creativity there and has a big heart. I initially met Tony who is a Metalhead, kind, educated and a has strong beer recommendations to give all day. Amazing dude, he is the sales manager who doesn't make you feel anything but like you belong. I met who I thought was just a bartender named Derek, this man helped solidify this brewery for me as a top 3. He educated me in beer ingredients, processes and I found out he is one of the other brewers highly knowledgeable and kind. When I visited I met Kevin who greets you kindly and is a guy you must meet. Stephanie a kind woman who is great with people and what she lacks in height she makes up for with a big heart.I'm turning 40 this year and am excited to always meet new faces at this place. Charles is another owner who has his own form of kindness, but all together I love this place. They don't have a kitchen which I love but recently added pizzas which are a decent addition to have with beer. This brewery is such a warm place to stop and visit, their flagship is Midnight Fist Fight which is amazing. There is a great variety of beers. I got to meet the locals and connected with the BHBC regulars who are awesome.I'm a huge fan of the beer and service, it's a black owned brewery and I was stoked to support it.Their merch is I have purchased every shirt, hoodie, and hat they have marketed because Alex, Kevin, Tony, Derek, Steph and others there have made it a home for me. Every time I leave work, I hope to stop by for Alex's new creations. At age 39 I am a fan boy, they get busy sometimes like other breweries. Be patient and enjoy a top pick for product, staff and merch.“
“Some of the best spontaneous beers around. Each time I come to Chicago, this has become a must stop. Billy has served me multiple times and always made me feel welcome. If you like tart, funky, but still easy to drink beer, give em a shot. Brew more table beer please ?“
“We hosted our baby shower at church street, and it was amazing. Everyone loved the atmosphere. We worked with Jace before, during, and after the event. The food was amazing, I did not receive a single complaint from my very picky family members, they all agreed it was amazing. The guest enjoyed the beer and we even did a growler with a beer of choice as one of diapers raffle gifts and it was the most popular one! I am so happy we hosted our event here, it went so smooth and hassle free. I will definitely be hosting events again here in the future!“
“Found out about this brewery in Westmont and came to try a few beers. It's in a pretty hard to find location in some industrial area, the worst thing about it. Whiskey Hill is a funny name, as this place has beer, not whiskey. Oh well, what they have is still good. There's a pretty good selection including some hoppy and sours. A lot of breweries are in kind of strange areas. It's the case with this one. This is located on Vandustrial in a building it share with some offices and whatever. Lots of trucking companies around here. There's semis parked along the street. Anyway, the beers. It's about $6 a pour. It's not quite a pint but whatever. Even so, a pretty good price for a small brewery. Has many to choose from. Best was the 7 Mile Bridge. It's a Belgian Weisse with key lime, toasted coconut, and vanilla. A lot of lime flavor. This is almost like a sour to be honest. A pretty strong one at 7% ABV. There's not a whole lot on tap, but they manage to have quite a bit for a microbrewery to be honest. Get some beers on tap or take some of the cans to go. It's a small place but when it's warmer they have a patio. There's no food but sometimes there's food trucks.“
“Very cool place. Once you cross the threshold you feel like you're in a cozy cabin in a small town. Decor and vibe is outdoorsy cabin. Outdoor porch offers comfortable seating. We were there for a party. Our friends had reserved a separate bar space a few stairs up from the main floor. We ordered food and drinks at the bar but had privacy and comfortable seating in the event space. The pretzel bites, which I don't usually care for, were delicious, hot and buttery. The gluten free hummus and veggie appetizer was a hit. The pizzas were very good. My favorite was the Italian beef and gardenia pizza but the mushroom/truffle pizza and the pepperoni were also great choices. There was a lot of variety in the beverage menu. I tried a raspberry paczki beer, but really enjoyed the lavender lemonade. The beer selection was great and everyone enjoyed the evening. The establishment even allowed us to bring a celebratory cake in.“
“If you want good lagers poured the right way, come here. Everything they make is great, and while it's a small menu, typically only 5 beers on tap, it's enough of a variety imo if their focus is on quality, which is seems to be. Whenever I come into Chicago, I make the pilgrimage to the berbs to visit Goldfinger.“
“Came here late afternoon by myself while on a work trip. I got two flights and they really exceeded my expectations. With a flight I always expect to not care for at least one beer as much, but I really enjoyed each one I got. As someone who primarily sticks to fruit forward IPA’s or pale ales, the coffee/vanilla porter was amazing!“
“My man Mitch welcomed us in tonight with open arms and the greatest hospitality. Our first time trying the joint after seeing several great reviews, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. The pizza lived up to the hype: Understatement. Thin, crispy, and delicious. The old fashioned was smoky and sweet; shockingly good for a brewery. My wife had a sour and I had a light beer as well. Great all around. We will be frequenting this establishment for the foreseeable future. Did I mention price range was incredibly reasonable? 5 stars: Understatement as well. Thank you, Mitch, along with the rest of the NWB staff, for having us and giving us another go-to in our rotation of pizza and drink locations!“
“Great local brewery! Staff is fantastic! Beer is varied and flavorful! Only downside is a tendency for very loud and unruly young children on busier days, but I can understand how that is a fine line to walk. Most parents do a good job, but the ones that don’t ruin it for everyone. Absolutely worth checking out, but you may have to be the one to explain how children should behave in an alcohol serving establishment, to entitled parents of young children. Again not the brewery’s fault, but I wish they could find a way to be a bit more proactive in curbing poor parental behavior. Still 5 stars! Still worth the trip. Best member club for the money. Love this place!PS. Beer education is second to none, for the area. Worth the optimist membership for that alone!“
“Cool brewery. Good variety of brews. They have fun events in the evening like music bingo or trivia night. No kitchen, but you can bring in our order on whatever you want. They close at 10 so you can close it out and still get plenty of sleep. Lol“
“Stopped in with my teenager. They had kids friendly drinks that she loved. Ordered pizza it was great. And yes the craft beer is excellent. Everything it sampled tasted was fantastic. If you are in the area and love craft beer, this is a great place to stop in and enjoy a beer, friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere.“
“Great location for our hockey club holiday party. Dan and staff did a fantastic job organizing the food ahead of time and serving the night of the party. The food came out quickly & hot! Everyone loved the pizzas & other food served! Dan went above and beyond to make us happy!“

“Milk Money Brewing is too cool for downtown Lagrange, but I still appreciate its' presence nonetheless. It's a local brewery with great drinks on tap, good cocktails, and yummy food. I happen to go there during sunset and it was brutal through the glass window, but that isn't so much their fault, just be mindful of the time of day. It's a family friendly place too, so feel free to bring your kids to get some food as well. I'd definitely recommend them!“

“Good food, good beer! A warning to parents: if you are planning to come here because the Kids Area on the website looks like an awesome place to kill 2 birds with one stone, it no longer exists! You might get looked at like you have two heads if you mention it to the hostess upon arrival.“

“Group of 8 had a great experience here ordering a variety of appetizers and two pizzas. All of the appetizers were good, but if you're hungry, the nachos were definitely the biggest bang for the buck. Wings weren't that spicy and could have come with more veggies, but that seems to be the case everywhere these days. That's being said, they were meaty, crisp and perfectly cooked! The dark lager beer was also great.Parking: Make sure to bring your parking ticket with you to the restaurant to have it validated.“

“We love Emmett's! Great beer selection and the food is always so good. We like the vibe of the bar. We enjoy stopping in for a drink and an appetizer (I recommend the lettuce wraps). Definitely worth stopping in when visiting downtown downers grove!“

“Excellent food, excellent service, highly recommend. I was there with my husband and parents for lunch and Amy was our server. She was amazing. We had questions about rum selections and the specials and she was on top of it. We don’t live in the area but pass this establishment on our way to the Paramount Theater and this is our third visit to Granite City…definitely won’t be our last!“

“Lunar Brewing Company is located in suburban Villa Park. My love and I would normally not be anywhere near Villa Park, but we tagged along with our friends for an eats-and-drinks excursion in the 'burbs earlier this summer. We stopped in for some drinks here, and there is an extensive list of beverages to choose from. The interior is plastered with all sorts of beer memorabilia and other random fun things. Check out Lunar Brewing for easygoing good times if you are in the area.“
