The Metro area of St Louis needs to offer more of a variety as created by the franchise chain. Other than that the service of the staff is ALWAYS on point. Courtesy is always on the menu“

All the employees are very friendly, and the food is good, (which is rare for me, I don’t like Hardee’s much as a restaurant chain). The floors are a bit sticky and a bug almost flew up my nose like five seconds ago, but other than the small flaws, it’s a very friendly place. Thanks for being so kind to us.“

“If you like smash burgers then Freddy's is for you. The burgers were very good. They serve very thin fries that some how are crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. They have three different fry sauces jalapeno, smokey and original. Original was my favorite. Service was very fast and the restaurant was clean.“

“I had such great raves for a young man that worked at this store on August 2nd I have to share. I was traveling 64 on August 1st getting sleepy n hungry about 4pm I pulled off grabbed a fav of mine mushroom Swiss it was ok as usual but full n happy I went to get through St Louis before resting for night. Got about an hour away found a truckstop n rested. To my dismay waking about 4 am I wanted to get gas and tea in truckstop but searching for my wallet frantically it was nowhere to be found. I always stop retrace where was last use of my wallet n bam Hardee's. After Google gave me closest ones 2 calls is all it took great lady at 1st call told me they, Hardees, weren't off 64 but gave me # of or it might been just street name of the one that was. And yep Christian answered the call even before opening he searched the safe but no then I told him where I went in restaurant bathroom n booth. Now it might say a little bad about cleaners in the restaurant but bam there it was still sitting where I was the night before. Thank goodness yes still things n money in it and Christian was a name I wouldn't forget that day kept it safe til I got there. Thanks Christian!!! Sincerely Lady in uhual headed to Kansas“

“Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“I love this place! It off such a large variety of items, it never gwwets mundane. The fries stay hot, even after the journey home is complete. The traditional gyro is my favorite. But the Philly cheese, burgers, Greek salads, and chicken pitas are also awesome! Ya gotta' go!“

I added the orange juice when I was up at the window and Rachelle had no problem adding that on. She was very nice. Very friendly, engaging and looked like she was having a really good morning. I wish I had caught her name, she really went above and beyond. They were out of the item and the app had not updated properly. She explained calmly and asked if I would like something else. I asked for a wrap and she ended up giving us 2 to ensure I had enough food. She brought everything out to the car and again was so pleasant and apologetic that the order hadn’t gone perfectly. It’s easy to get things right, it’s above and beyond to be so pleasant, communicative and an accommodating when something isn’t perfect. If she isn’t the manager, I hope she is soon! Thank you!“

“It was my first time ordering food at this location and oh my lord the staff members were so incredibly friendly. We visited today after a bit of Black Friday shopping, ordered our food in the lobby and dined in. We walked in to a full lobby and a smiling cashier that was laughing and joking around with the customer in front of us while we decided what to order. I ordered the baconator combo, which I wished came with more sauce on it but I just grabbed some ketchup from the lobby. I definitely recommend the vanilla rootbeer, it was incredibly delicious and the fries were nice and fresh, and well salted. Another staff member was diligently making sure their tables were clean for customers to accommodate the busy day. Great team members, great service and great food.“

Before tonight, I hadn’t been to a Taco Bell, this late and my order be correct to a Tee even down to the sauces and which exact sauces I wanted! On top of that my order BEING DELIVERED…. They gave 100%z
I’m leaving this review because I feel we are all quick to complain.

I am visiting so I don’t have a car and I ordered on door dash …which now it is my second time doing that.

Anyways,
This place did great! I wasn’t missing a single thing in my order, my tacos and my Mexican pizza was made with the amount of each ingredient you would see in one of Taco Bell’s commercials.
The SAUCES WERE ALL THERE AND EACH FLAVOR I CHOSE (:
I know I requested a couple different flavors and the fact every one of them was in there!!! 🥰

“I have not gone inside, so not sure about atmosphere. The food and service is great. I just wish you could access the restaurant in both directions on the road. I access it from the wrong direction, so I have to pull into another business and then turn the opposite direction.“
