But the people who work there make it a local place. They went above and beyond for us, and the manager who took our call also did the delivery. I messed up the online order and called them, and she fixed it with no questions then delivered it.

Anyway, these are local peeps who are doing a heckuva good job, and we genuinely recommend them.“

“I go here usually when I am in Waconda. If I don’t grab a dinner for my family and I, I always grab one piece of chicken. Their food is always hot and fresh. The thing I like most though is the customer service there. Everyone’s nice, but I’ve grown very attached to one of the employees who I always have waiting on me. His name is Cole and he works the Drive Up window and, the inside register. He’s very polite and considerate and helpful. And when he graduates from high school, and goes to college we will have a new EMT in the area. Which I can guarantee with his personality and kindness he will make a fine addition to any town. So needless to say if you go to Kentucky fried chicken, make sure you say hi to Cole and if you have any questions, even if they’re in another language, he’ll try to help you. This is something I witnessed firsthand with him the other day. He took his time to work with a man and the language app on the phone to help out the customer. So go have some chicken and say hello to Cole!!!!“

“I walked in this morning around 11:30 to order two pizzas for my daughter and her friends . The customer service was exceptional and the pizzas did not take long at all the morning manager made sure I was well taken care of and made sure my order was correct. Thank you guys keep up the good work :)“

I had an amazing experience at Wingstop recently, and a lot of that credit goes to Ali, who provided top-notch service! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and felt welcomed right away. Ali made sure I had everything I needed, gave great recommendations, and was super attentive throughout my visit.

The food, of course, was delicious—perfectly crispy wings with all the right flavors. But it’s rare to find such great customer service these days, and Ali made my experience stand out even more. I’ll definitely be coming back, not just for the wings but for the friendly and exceptional service as well! Highly recommend this location.

“It's been over two weeks since my family and I visited The Polish American Bistro. It would be remiss of me not to leave a wonderful review of this lovely restaurant! Ania and Darek, the owners, are the nicest and most hospitable people ever! Since I have family in Poland, it was fun to talk to them about their homeland. Now about their food . . . it's completely amazing! I ordered galumpki (ground beef and rice wrapped in cabbage). The tomato sauce on top was so delicious, it spun circles around the sauce my grandma used to make (sorry, Grandma!)! My husband ate a breaded pork cutlet with mashed potatoes. SO tasty! And my daughter opted for a cheeseburger that looked and tasted so great that we even returned the next day to order another cheeseburger to go! Our entrees were accompanied by a side of two types of salad - one made of marinated red cabbage, and the other was their super delectable authentic Polish sour cream, cucumbers and dill. As you can tell, our dinner itself was a 5-star experience. Last but not least, I must discuss their DESSERTS! When you walk into Ania and Darek's restaurant, your eyes will immediately be drawn to their multi-tier display of desserts. Unfortunately, since our stomachs were full after our delicious dinner, we couldn't even think of dessert. However, take-home was still an option! So I asked Ania to escort me to the dessert case and tell me about her sweet treats. It turns out she owns a bakery in another suburb, and all the desserts are made on location at the bakery FROM SCRATCH! So we took a few home (see photo), ate them the next evening, and they did not disappoint! I loved them all, especially the vanilla custard inside the eclair and fruit tart! The chocolately hazelnut dessert was a Kinder Bueno torte. I want to go back and try more of these amazing treats! “I’ve been here once a few years ago when I visited Chicago and again this year. The first visit they had karaoke after the Thursday night game and it was a blast. This last time we just went for food so I didn’t get the whole experience, but it was still a good time.

The wings are great, but the best part is the flats come with the tips so you get that extra crunch and meat. I would highly recommend the Garlic Buffalo, but all of the ones I’ve tried have been tasty. Their ranch is good; however, I think it would be better with a chunky blue cheese dip.

The service has always been great for me. My only complaint is their mid beer selection. I think this may be from me being spoiled in AZ with a lot of our places having large craft beer options though.

The place is a solid 4.6/5. Highly recommend it for anyone in the area that lives there or is visiting.“
