“OK, it is a Dominos, so pizza debates commence now!

But the people who work there make it a local place. They went above and beyond for us, and the manager who took our call also did the delivery. I messed up the online order and called them, and she fixed it with no questions then delivered it.

Anyway, these are local peeps who are doing a heckuva good job, and we genuinely recommend them.“

“I absolutely love the lasagna here but tonight it is especially good!!! Very cheesy and I added cheese to the garlic bread for this cheese-a-holic!!“

“I go here usually when I am in Waconda. If I don’t grab a dinner for my family and I, I always grab one piece of chicken. Their food is always hot and fresh. The thing I like most though is the customer service there. Everyone’s nice, but I’ve grown very attached to one of the employees who I always have waiting on me. His name is Cole and he works the Drive Up window and, the inside register. He’s very polite and considerate and helpful. And when he graduates from high school, and goes to college we will have a new EMT in the area. Which I can guarantee with his personality and kindness he will make a fine addition to any town. So needless to say if you go to Kentucky fried chicken, make sure you say hi to Cole and if you have any questions, even if they’re in another language, he’ll try to help you. This is something I witnessed firsthand with him the other day. He took his time to work with a man and the language app on the phone to help out the customer. So go have some chicken and say hello to Cole!!!!“

“I had an outstanding experience at Little Caesars thanks to one employee. The girl with the piercings She was incredibly friendly, efficient and professional making the entire visit smooth and enjoyable Even during rush time Employees like her are a huge asset to this location vs how it used to be. The food was okay could be a bit fresher. But ’ll definitely be coming back!“

“We used to go to BJ's in Evanston until you found Gatora. You must try Gators for food as their garlic wings are to die for. Just be careful not to eat too much. 😉 Wings, pizza, and cheese curls were so good. Fries are fairly good typically while their salad has been consistently bad, but will forgive them. The staff are decent, but the host has been pretty rude.“

“Visited the restaurants at night. No queue. We ordered 40pc wings with 4 chosen flavors (Korean BBQ Classic, Hot Honey Dry Rub CL, Louisiana Rub Classic, and Garlic Parmesan Classic, included French fries and veggie sticks) plus Chicken Tenders and Fries. The food was tasty and portions generous, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the toilets were clean, although it was a bit warm inside. Overall, it was a good experience visiting this restaurant.“

“It's been over two weeks since my family and I visited The Polish American Bistro. It would be remiss of me not to leave a wonderful review of this lovely restaurant! Ania and Darek, the owners, are the nicest and most hospitable people ever! Since I have family in Poland, it was fun to talk to them about their homeland. Now about their food . . . it's completely amazing! I ordered galumpki (ground beef and rice wrapped in cabbage). The tomato sauce on top was so delicious, it spun circles around the sauce my grandma used to make (sorry, Grandma!)! My husband ate a breaded pork cutlet with mashed potatoes. SO tasty! And my daughter opted for a cheeseburger that looked and tasted so great that we even returned the next day to order another cheeseburger to go! Our entrees were accompanied by a side of two types of salad - one made of marinated red cabbage, and the other was their super delectable authentic Polish sour cream, cucumbers and dill. As you can tell, our dinner itself was a 5-star experience. Last but not least, I must discuss their DESSERTS! When you walk into Ania and Darek's restaurant, your eyes will immediately be drawn to their multi-tier display of desserts. Unfortunately, since our stomachs were full after our delicious dinner, we couldn't even think of dessert. However, take-home was still an option! So I asked Ania to escort me to the dessert case and tell me about her sweet treats. It turns out she owns a bakery in another suburb, and all the desserts are made on location at the bakery FROM SCRATCH! So we took a few home (see photo), ate them the next evening, and they did not disappoint! I loved them all, especially the vanilla custard inside the eclair and fruit tart! The chocolately hazelnut dessert was a Kinder Bueno torte. I want to go back and try more of these amazing treats!
