“OMG! How is no one talking about this place very good quality and price. I got here on national chicken sandwich day so they are charging 9.99 as a special price for combos but the regular price isn’t that bad at 12.99. Whatever the price it’s so worth it. The chicken is very crispy and tender juicy. I ate my meal and ordered more to go lol. They have many flavors and spices to choose from and it’s better than any other place I can remember going to.

“It's been over two weeks since my family and I visited The Polish American Bistro. It would be remiss of me not to leave a wonderful review of this lovely restaurant! Ania and Darek, the owners, are the nicest and most hospitable people ever! Since I have family in Poland, it was fun to talk to them about their homeland. Now about their food . . . it's completely amazing! I ordered galumpki (ground beef and rice wrapped in cabbage). The tomato sauce on top was so delicious, it spun circles around the sauce my grandma used to make (sorry, Grandma!)! My husband ate a breaded pork cutlet with mashed potatoes. SO tasty! And my daughter opted for a cheeseburger that looked and tasted so great that we even returned the next day to order another cheeseburger to go! Our entrees were accompanied by a side of two types of salad - one made of marinated red cabbage, and the other was their super delectable authentic Polish sour cream, cucumbers and dill. As you can tell, our dinner itself was a 5-star experience. Last but not least, I must discuss their DESSERTS! When you walk into Ania and Darek's restaurant, your eyes will immediately be drawn to their multi-tier display of desserts. Unfortunately, since our stomachs were full after our delicious dinner, we couldn't even think of dessert. However, take-home was still an option! So I asked Ania to escort me to the dessert case and tell me about her sweet treats. It turns out she owns a bakery in another suburb, and all the desserts are made on location at the bakery FROM SCRATCH! So we took a few home (see photo), ate them the next evening, and they did not disappoint! I loved them all, especially the vanilla custard inside the eclair and fruit tart! The chocolately hazelnut dessert was a Kinder Bueno torte. I want to go back and try more of these amazing treats! “We ordered wings at this location as a treat to ring in the New Year! Wings were hot, sides were plentiful and fresh! Everything was cooked perfectly! Very impressed with this store and so happy that it is located in our town of Bartlett!

“Ordered food for the first time yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the 1/2lb jumbo shrimp and fries and loved every bit of it. Shrimp was lightly breaded and not greasy. The shrimp could have been cooked about 30 seconds longer but that’s just my personal preference and won’t stop me from going back. To make everything better, the restaurant was very clean and even the kitchen was from what I could see was as well which really made me happy. Overall great experience and will be back to get the catfish, wings and shrimp!!“

“Overall, the food was great! We ordered variety of food and for the price, i think it was worth it. Their boba is good. I especially love their Thai boba. They serve food fast and the vibe of the place was good although their place is small. ++ They gave us a free sample of their Italian soda, we kind of like it!“

“Very good hot dog; they really grill it until it is hot. A "Shroomer" made as a grilled chicken sandwich is good. The burger is good and I have ended up getting a kid's meal last time so that I can try to eat less meat. I am more of a light weight person anyway. The inside of the restaurant could be renovated. They are still in the real old Kooker's building with the same old tile floor that Kooker's restaurant had when I was in high school. It is over 20 years later now. I have been willing to go back to Happy Burger to get meals. The people at the front desk are nice. I do admit, though, sometimes I end up getting a burger for $3 at fast food drive-throughs. Happy Burger (HB) burger tastes more like a fresh made juicy burger when compared to the McDonald's on the other side of the street. HB fries are not bad but could be better because when the HB fries come up and go into a bag, I have found they were a bit wet.Wet fries is a common imperfection with Chicago-style grills.“

“Decided to try Chilis for my birthday dinner steak, as I’d heard their steaks were pretty good. I’d happily heard correctly. The steak was delicious. I don’t understand why they make you wait, however, for a table when there are always empty tables. We waited 15 minutes yet we counted 8 empty tables. We noticed this was happening the entire time we were there. People waiting for over 10 minutes while many empty tables were available. Our waitress, I believe Tiara? Was great! Extremely busy yet very attentive to our table. Food did not disappoint, altho the side salad was only lettuce and grated cheese, for over $4.00!! One of us ordered the secret sauce burger. It seems the sauce was soo secret they didn’t even put it on!! Their Fangtastic margarita was delish! And the bill didn’t break us! All in all it was a good birthday dinner. Only wish all the Chilis were that tasty!“

“I've ordered here and have sat in. I recommend sitting in over ordering online because the take out portions for sides is ridiculous. Not once, but three times I tried ordering wings with fries and the amount of fries I got were about 15 average each time. That ridiculous. That's why it's a 3 star for service.

Eating in, love the food, love the bar deals, and really enjoy the interior of this location. There is a divider in the middle to separate families dining in and people hanging at the bar. Regardless, everyone is friendly and inviting.

The wings are average, but the sauces are fantastic! I was also surprised by how good the nachos were.

Don't order out with fries, but do sit in!“

“This is a fantastic location. Food is cooked perfectly and delivered quickly. Put an order through Grubhub for a family get-together and our food arrived in a timely manner and was hot and delicious upon arrival. We were all left satisfied and content afterward and had to unbuckle our belts a few notches. Cheers!“
