We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. “We ate at Phase Three today at the recommendation of my doctor. And it did NOT disappoint. We even got a complimentary meal from the Executive Chef so he didn’t waste the plate after taking pictures of his new special. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. There were so many flavors and they all blended so dang well. They even had some unique beer option that we brought home. “Cute little coffee shop across from portage park! Decent street parking nearby & indoor / outdoor seating options. I got a seasonal oat nog latte & it was fantastic! I also got a vegan chocolate muffin which was great too, very moist & rich. They also had a vegan trail mix scone and sometimes have locally made cookies. Lots of fun drink choices that can be made vegan. Highly recommend!“

“Having recently moved near the area, I finally decided to check this place out. I absolutely love trying new boba shops, and I am thrilled that this one is so close by. Great atmosphere with cute decorations and plenty of seating. There was only one worker behind the counter at the time who greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was so sweet and made my drink very quickly.

As for the boba itself… it’s great! I got a brown sugar boba milk tea which I was glad to know was non-dairy (despite my love for all things dairy, I am lactose-intolerant. Booooo). The milk tea itself was great. For a brown sugar drink, it wasn’t too sweet at all, which I liked as I usually get my drinks with less sweetness. However, the tapioca was a little hard, a result of it either sitting out for too long or being chilled. I’m sure it would’ve been a thousand percent better with the tapioca’s real chewy texture, but I suppose I can’t complain since I walked in on a slow Wednesday afternoon.

Great shop overall, and I surely will be a regular!

Sebastian’s definitely is a good place to watch live sports!

We were seated immediately and were given menus so we could order drinks and food.

Customer service was fast and friendly.

My absolute favorites are the Honey Lavender Latte, Pistachio Creme Latte, and Mocha. Not only do the coffees taste amazing, but the presentation is so cute!!“

They did an amazing job waiting on us and making sure we had enough food and drinks. They also allowed my mom and sister-in-law to come in early and decorate the space. “I have to say their cheesbuger is Awesome, it was very juicy and cheesy. I asked to put Lettuce and tomatoes on mine and leave off the mayo just bc I do not like digorn. I love that it came with a side for the same price, not charged separately. I almost think it might be better than 5 Guys!!! My boyfriend ordered the Cheesy Steak, it was like an Italian beef but with a cheese sauce on it. I didn't get a chance to try it but he said it was delicious! This was the first time we ordered something other than a pizza, and their pizzas are Awesome also. I definitely recommend the Portage Park location. I have not been to the others!“

“We often get their whole chicken dinners for carryout, delicious, excellent quality chicken with roasted veggies and Spanish rice. We do miss the cornbread and we hope that might come back someday. Hours closer to dinner at least one day a week would also be ideal, say 4 :30 maybe one day a week that when we do get carry out here it is an early dinner.“

“My wife, myself, and 2 young kids have been visiting Level Up Cafe & Lounge since they opened. The owners Shawn and Victoria do a great job. The staff is very friendly, they have delicious refreshing protein shakes, smoothies, food, and adult beverages. We absolutely love the atmosphere and free arcade with purchase. There are always young children there whom our kids are always playing with. It’s a great social, playful, and friendly place to be. We highly recommend Cafe Level Up & Lounge for a fun night out!!“

Parking: Being right by the commuter rail station and by the library makes it a little challenging to find parking sometimes. Street parking is free and, after a certain hours during the week the commuter parking lot parking is free, and free on weekends. Not bad in the evenings, usually. Downers Grove also has a parking garage a short walk away with free 4-Hour parking during the week.
