“Had a great experience at Whiskey Hill. The chicken sandwich and very unique take on fries was excellent. The kids menu is a bonus and my daughter finished nearly all the pizza. They were out of pulled pork and ribs but offered to create a burnt ends sandwich instead. Great recommendation from our server! It was delicious. The vibe is an added bonus. It's absolutely beautiful inside. I appreciate a place that backs up ambiance with great food and drinks. Plus, love getting craft cocktails from a brewery. It will definitely be our local spot from now on.“

“My husband and I thought we’d try this place out and we were pleasantly surprised. I felt like this place would be a restaurant you would find in the city. Very cool interior with chandeliers and unique seating around the bar. The food was good, probably could of skipped the appetizer (Rangoon- it was just ok and came out cold)., our entrees however , were fantastic. I had a delicious shrimp salad and my husband ordered the meat lovers pizza. Both were awesome, we will definitely be returning! Also, the service was great as well!“

You only thought you might need something at the table and it would appear out of no where. The food was all home made and you could tell made from traditional old recipes and a lot of love thrown in. You feel like you are in a small cafe in Italy. We even got a complimentary meal from the Executive Chef so he didn’t waste the plate after taking pictures of his new special. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. “In Chicago/Addison for work and could only walk few blocks for meal. Serino’s walk in was closed but drive thru was open and was asked to come to drive thru window. I didn’t get the man’s name that took my order and I asked him to make me a hot sandwich….he suggested the Italian beef ….he did ask if I wanted to sit inside while they made sandwich but I just waited outside but appreciated his invite. The sandwich was delicious and the aujus he added to dip sandwich in was excellent. Serinos was my first meal in Chicago area….I highly recommend and look forward to enjoying another meal there soon.“

“One of our party was in a wheelchair and the staff was very accommodating providing a suitable table, straw for drinking and spoons for cutlery. We were seated in a quiet location and were able to converse easily. Our appetizer special of roasted brussel sprouts was very tasty and easily shared by four. The entrees were very good and portions large enough for take home. Overall we had a very pleasant experience with excellent service.“

Mickey's is for the people!“

“We held a celebration of life for my brother here today. About 50 in attendance in the stylish, comfortable upstairs area. Despite the fact that I planned this from 400 miles away and without having ever seen the venue, it went off without a hitch due to Mr. David Candiotti and his staff. No surprises. Everything was as promised. The venue is extremely stylish and rustic. Food was delicious and plentiful as were the drinks. Service was fast, efficient and friendly thanks to Mona, Alberto and Olena. I highly recommend.“

Fried chicken, sliced beef in au jus, fried fish, potatoe pancakes were tasty and worth the $17 lunch price. Waitress was on top with clearing my plate and filling my water glass. The ambiance was definitely old school and I was ok with it. Nice and old feel but the restrooms could use a remodel and the dining room carpet needs a deep cleaning. I'll be back for another round.“

“We have always enjoyed VT but this was poorly managed. We came in on a Wednesday and ask to sit at a booth. The booth they sat us at was right next to a party they had going on. And people were standing right at the edge of the booth and was extremely loud. Why they didn't put the party separated in the empty section by the bar would be more appropriate. It seems they were over the limit on the one side. So we asked to move to a booth that was empty. They said we couldn't move to that booth as it wasn't open. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere.“
