They are health conscious with their offerings; I’m a diabetic so I eat a lot of salads,and chilli. You can see that if you’re not satisfied with your order or service they will fix it and pronto . “Deleted a 1 star review to replace it with a 5 star. I booked a rental at 11:30am to take some swings at a place with some feed back and that wasn’t outside with this recent heat wave and rain. Got to the location and it was still closed. Frustrated, I left the 1 star review. A few hours later I was contacted by Andres the manager at xgolf downers grove and he explained the mix up and apologized. Nowadays that goes a long way. Mistakes happen and it’s really refreshing when a company takes this approach. Thank you Andres for reaching out, it shows your commitment to the brand and to making sure that everyone that comes through the door has a top shelf experience.“

“My wife and I watched the bears vs packers game. Great atmosphere and fun time watching the game. However, BOTH bathrooms had issues and one urinal overflowed causing a mess. When the game was over and we left, we were blocked in by someone who made up a parking spot in the back of the lot. Multiple people made up spots all over the lot. When I addressed the issue with the front desk and spoke with the manager, they did nothing and said to call the police. It is not up to the customer to manage your property. I thought it was a joke of a response when a concern was raised.“

Q Pub & Grill was a great experience all around. The food was very good, and the service matched it—attentive, friendly, and on point the whole time.

One thing that really stood out was how clean and well-kept the pool tables are—they honestly look almost brand new, which made playing that much better.

I went with a group of 7, and everyone had a great time. It’s a perfect spot for hanging out, grabbing food, and getting some games in.

From the outside, it has that old-school billiard hall look, but don’t let that fool you—it’s a solid place inside. Definitely worth checking out.“

“Some of the best pizza in the area. Keep it simple . . . one to two ingredients . . . and request well done. As in most pizzerias, smaller pies are much, much better than large ones. The 12" comes out perfectly. Great drinks and wings, too. And tons of TVs. Open late.“

“We stopped in today because we were married at carriage greens 31 years ago. So in general, we've been coming here on and off for the past 31 years. I know the bar has had a couple of different renters or tenants that have tried to make a go of it and the last one was terrible. I was so pleasantly surprised when we walked in as the bar is completely renovated with huge TVs and great for any sporting event. What I am totally disappointed about is that I live locally and have no idea that the bar was renovated and it's as nice as it is. You are completely failing in the advertisement of your establishment. You truly need to hire a marketing company if you expect to stay in business. The service staff is awesome! I would, however, recommend that you darken up the place immediately. It is way too bright in here and as you can see from my picture, the lights are glaring. Nobody wants to sit in a bright lit up bar. I truly hope that you succeed as you have transformed this place into a beautiful sports bar!!! I gave you five stars to boost your rating, but you're really at about a three or 3 1/2 right now but only because you can do better. I'm not trying to sound condescending and I am truly trying to help. I would recommend everyone to come and hang out here. I expect this could be a great place with just a few changes. One last thing. Get all your cleaning supplies off of the bar area and counter. Not to mention a broom and dustpan in the visible area of the bar. nobody wants to look at that. Please take this as constructive criticism. Like I said, this has the potential to be a great place, but you need to step up your game.“

“I attended a party in the party room. There was a cash bar in the room and the attendants were really nice. The room was a very nice size. They allow you to decorate. There are about 10 round tables and chairs provided as well. In addition, you can also bring your own food. Even with the table and chairs, there was space for the dessert table, DJ booth as well as a balloon arch with backdrop for photos. Oh, one final thing, the room has its own entrance from the parking lot and two bathrooms for your party guests.“

Pictured is the vegan Mac and cheese, which was delicious. It’s a big portion, which 2 can share. I’ve also ordered the vegan quesadilla, but it was not grilled to my desired taste because I did not ask.

“Went it for a loaded Bloody Mary. It was great. The people seemed really friendly (employees and customers)
The bathroom needs to be gutted. It’s terrible. I got water all over my self from something leaking. Looks like they have put 30 coats of paint over everything. It’s falling apart in there! The lighting in the bar was terrible. It literally feels like I’m in a dark basement. I would love to see this place get an over haul because it was great potential with the nice staff and great customers. Very very very welcoming!!“

“We have always enjoyed VT but this was poorly managed. We came in on a Wednesday and ask to sit at a booth. The booth they sat us at was right next to a party they had going on. And people were standing right at the edge of the booth and was extremely loud. Why they didn't put the party separated in the empty section by the bar would be more appropriate. It seems they were over the limit on the one side. So we asked to move to a booth that was empty. They said we couldn't move to that booth as it wasn't open. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere.“
